Worst service.no integrity of employees towards customers. They will change booking date of container as per their requirements at last moment.
They have hold my boxes in aduanas since 18 days and guess what it's a nightmare dhl in this country. Don't sent stuff with dhl no Bueno communications +THE EMPLOYER THEY DONT HELP AT ALL.
They can't pay a bill to aduanas and they just sent me forms and no sense for me so hard. And guess what l still fighting this. It's no the money the system here so bad Omg what eh nightmare
Don't rely on them if you live in a gated community. They won't even attempt to contact you by phone or follow simple direction to get into your complex if they don't call you directly. Just pick up from a drop off center. Screw this backward non competent service.
I was not home when the package was being delievered. It required a signature but I signed a release saying to deliever anyway but to leave the package on the chair in the corner. That way it is out of view and hidden by the building beams. Nope the delivery person decides to take a few less steps and leaves it right in front of my door. I am so livid because if that was the case I wouldn't have it left there for my 300 dollar package to be sitting there for all to see.
I ordered something two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive today on Friday July 7 and they said "delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address" but I've been home all day, no one ever came to my house to drop off the package and so now I have to contact DHL to see if I can have my package sent to a post office were I can pick it up but they don't deliver on weekends apparently so now I have to wait till Monday
DHL is probably one of the WORST shipping companies to exist. Forget about getting your package on time; If you contact them to update your address, you still won't get your package or it won't be updated; you may contact their customer representatives and they either can't locate your tracking, give you the wrong address after you've updated them, or disconnect you without notice; and even if they have the right address you still won't get your package. Their customer service is AWFUL and I wouldn't ever, EVER ship with them.
This is not the first time that history has repeated itself. The shipment was self-cleared 5 days ago, but DHL can't see anything. Customs says the shipment is released, IMDAS says it is released.
Our small village in Somerset uses a very small printing company in deepest Cornwall, and it always sends our order with DHL - Exeter hub. Info re receipt, dispatch and deliver times are given by email and text, and are accurate to the minute. I have to give the service 5 stars after this week - order placed on Thursday afternoon, job completed and collected by DHL on Friday, and then delivered to West Somerset at 10.30a.m. Today, Saturday!
I have read reviews about SunYou post, India Post and DHL, all the reviews I read about these companies are not good at all and if you follow all these bad reviews you will never use the service of any of these courier companies. For many years I have received packages from Abroad through DHL, SunYou and India Post. The services of these three companies I mentioned are very good. My packages arrived quickly through them and everything was smooth and easy. No bad experience. I wonder why many people have bad experience with these companies.
DHL delivered my package to à whole different city. I contacted them they said they was going to try to have driver retreive it and contact me back which they did not. I had to call back only to be told the driver tried to go back a few times and nobody answers door. I believe the driver took my package because the whole situation doesnt make sense.
If you want your shipment to arrive at the correct address in a reasonable amount of time and have meaningful, up-to-date tracking, do not use DHL. I have had so many issues that I will not purchase an item if I know it will be shipped via DHL. The attached is for an item I ordered a week ago. It was handed off to USPS which still says it was never received.
Never consider dealing with such poor service providers. If you entrust them with your package, you'll likely encounter shipping problems. I had a very urgent package shipped through them, and they claimed to have handed it over to USPS midway. However, according to USPS records, they never received my package from DHL. Now, DHL has closed my file, claiming they've handed it over to USPS. I'm left helpless as DHL, the original shipper, isn't taking responsibility. Their customer service is extremely poor - I would give negative stars if I could. I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews like this, but trust me, their service is the worst. I strongly advise against using them.

Absolute garbage customer support.
Not only can't the handle a simple request, but they act super condensing about it.
The package arrived over a week late, and the customs procedure was sluggish on their end
Unacceptable! They never gave me my box. They never come here. And they sent this back. Unacceptable.
So an envolope was shipped to me from a company in Greece. DHL delivered it to the wrong address and couldn't recover it. They will not contact the company and advise them of there own failure. And if the company charges me for a replacement, DHL will not reimburse me. So they are charging for a delivery they didn't make and I have to try to reach someone in Greece and advise them of DHL's failure.
DHL does not list progress of a package, and I have very little faith in the company. When you go for the better part of the week with the only staus that the package is being loaded in a shipping container, you know something is wrong with the company. It does not take a week to load something into a container, especially when it is a 1 pound package.
Usually people tend to write reviews when something doesn't work or they had a bad experience, but I think DHL is reliable, when compared to some other services.
I've shipped and received items from all sorts of services and ways of transport (ship, airplane, local post offices, UPS etc.) DHL is definitely not the worst of them. Yes, sometimes the delivery times don't match or that the pick-up location is different than what originally stated, but at least I don't have to be afraid of my items getting lost or stolen. I've always gotten what I ordered and nothing was broken.
I would use DHL anytime again.
My package is lost. Tracking information is worthless. Customer service keeps asking for more time. Makes me appreciate the systems Fed Ex and UPS uses!
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
