I will not purchase from vendors who use DHL especially Surepost. I would like to see this shipping company no longer be an option. Shipping takes weeks and the packages look like they were drug behind a horse. Zero pride in their work. They are the poop stain of the delivery world.
They never take care of your packages and destroy them also they TAKE FOREVER TO deliver horrible service if I could give it 0 starts I would
Ordered expensive golf gear from Thailand. DHL claimed they delivered, with my wife signing for the package. Never received the package. Checked my Ring Camera, no delivery person all day long, the day DHL said they delivered. The delivery person stole my package. Or they delivered to a wrong address and lied about my wifes signature. Either way, I never received my package. Had to reorder from company and demanded they use Fed Ex or USPS, or I would never order from them again. DHL is the worse company ever. Every time DHL has delivered, there is always some kind of issue. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
I've been waiting on a package for three days now and haven't received it as of yet. I keep getting text saying sorry they missed me while there never coming to my door. I even put in to have it go to there lock box hub, but the lazy driver still saids he's tried to deliver the package to my apartment but as I'm waiting he's never came to the door so how hard is he really trying just he's just lying! Then I call customer service and they lie and said there going to contact the driver which their not. I feel the whole DHL team are lairs at this point and won't ever order online from a company that uses DHL for there deliveries.
Forth time of failing to deliver different items on from different senders, I'm sure that the senders are just as fed up with the sub standard service provided by this invicient company as I am, forth time of receiving 'Sorry that we missed you' When I've actually been at home each and every time! This has happened on four consecutive occasions! Shockingly bad courier service that doesn't even deserve the the one star that I was forced to provide them with!
Apparently my address was hard to find supposedly and I get deliveries from ups, lasership, usps, and fedex all the time and i think the issue is that lazy $#*! driver didn't wanna do his job today but hey who am I…
My shoes was due last Friday but they keep saying they couldn't even attempt to bring my shoes and I leave for vacation in literally 1 day and shoes still isn't here.

This is pitiful service! I order something out of the Country from ETSY, I will never willingly purchase something with the knowledge DHL is the delivery service. I am not going through all the steps I had to go through to open a claim. Then to hear conflicting info that if out of the country I will have to sign for it. That is a flat up lie! Then when I told them not only did I not get it but it's not my signature! They said, we have your signature on file. I watched them go to grapevine close to me after they had made it to Ft Worth, then back to Dallas. And claim they delivered it. Nope, followed up on my own lunch time a few times after being told they would track it down and call me back and the approximate time and date. They never called me back, I called them. They apologized bc the people in the call center have to, they said they need to do a better job getting packages to customers. This is the Delivery drivers fault. Don't claim you delivered something and it was not, let alone was signed for! Isn't there something illegal about having my signature on file, and use it falsely. Someone needs to sue this company for that in itself. Ticks me off
It's the worst company in the NL. They just look for excuses not to deliver your goods. If a company uses DHL cancel the order. You'll never see the goods
DHL has been very unhelpful regarding the status, handling and customer service of a time-sensitive shipment we were expecting, which was supposed to be delivered at the end of May and now it is June 8,2023. We called customer service and inquired through chat and email without a clear answer as to the extended delay. Customer service redirected us to contact customs regarding our delay instead. I could not get a clear answer as to why our shipment has been held up for so long. How unsatisfying this service and company is! Highly NOT recommended.
I CAN'T believe it is taking so long to deliver a package within the 48 contiguous states. My package was handed off to DHL in Pennsylvania and they are saying it going to be June 12th before it gets to me in Houston, Texas. It went to New Jersey first where it got put on a donkey cart headed in the general direction of Texas. I just don't understand the dispatching. It was handed off to USPS this morning (a main distribution center for them is about 3 miles from my house) and it is saying I won't get it for 6 more days? WTH?!?!?
Reading at the title, is very clear what the intention is, choose to sign or not, in the delivery day; simple.is it? Well, on the delivery day I kept ignoring all the messages with a link to choose 'delivery without signature', because that will wave their responsibility in the event of the package arriving damaged, that's the main reason to stay WITH signature option. But why sending multiple times that "no signature" option and leave it at the front door anyways? Before you ask, I was in the house and about 2 mins after staying in the front door, when I came back, the package appeared there, not even a bell ringing. Surely they have a fancy excuse for this, but the feedbacks and videos said it all every year.
Had a hamper being delivered and it was organised to be delivered on a specific day and I paid an extra fee to make that happen. I got an email saying that delivery was being made within the hour of the day before had been arranged which didn't work for me at all, I phoned them and said it has to arrive specifically on the day I requested otherwise don't bother delivering it and they apologised and said we'll make sure it gets delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I received an email saying it was going to be delivered between a certain time in the morning which was great. However 30 minutes later I got another email saying they weren't able to deliver the package and they were sorry that they missed me. They did not attempt to do the delivery and I phoned up customer services to complain and they told me that the driver was 20 minutes away from my address, but decided not to deliver it because it would take him too much off his route for other deliveries and they will try and deliver it the next day, I explained what happened previously and they said sorry and they spoke to the driver and confirmed back to me that the driver would make my delivery within two hours. That never happened and the package has still not been delivered. Absolutely useless and ruined a nice surprise. DHL ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAP!
I lost my package, Very important package that was shipped from india from my parents. It could cost like 400$ and a lots of afford. CS ppl are very rude. And just hung up the call. That's not even my address i gave for delivery. And they lost my package. And said i lost it.
I was never told they only will allow wine to be shipped. I am out of a lot of money now! Ridiculous
I have never disappointed this much in my life. It's such a poor service. Your customer service sucks! Some of the people in your customer service team are so rude. One person was literally screaming at me on the phone because I asked her if she can speak in English! Even though I asked this question in german! She kept screaming at me and saying I have to speak in German why Can't I speak german?!
Then I used your email service to find a solution for my problem, which I have been trying to ship my boxes from one city to another city in Germany, seems like impossible for a shipping company! I have booked an online pickup! First, they refused to take my boxes just because I didn't print my qr scan codes! Unbelievable!
Then I tried to explain this situation via your email address to customer service, they booked me another day for pick up! They didn't show up on that day! This happened twice! I don't know where else to complain! They assure me in the email that there will be someone on those days and then surprise! Nobody is there! Also you don't even give certain time when I should expect them coming! 8-20:00 is a whole day! Nobody has to wait the whole day, that someone is gonna show up or in my situation even not!
Everything time I have a package delivered by this company they leave it at anyone home in my conversack. And if you request that you sign for the order the driver come Into my conversack drive the u-curve and drive off then report that they were unable to deliver package. This happened twice with the same order. And also they have left my package at the wrong building before and took a picture to allowed me to try to find it. This deliver company is absolutely horrible! Don't use them for your business or delivery.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Illegally asking for government issued ID and returning packages so you pay triple in the end.
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
