First time having something delivered from them and waited over 2 weeks for a package. Only to finally find out on the day of delivery that a signature is required by default. None of the messages I received said anything about a signature being required. So of course when they finally decided to make an attempt to deliver nobody was home. Perfect timing on their part I must say. They must've had a tracking number on me because the timing couldn't been better. So instead of leaving the package there their sorry selves gotta come here all over again to do something that should've already been done.
I truly don't understand why a signature is required by default. It should be an option to add to a delivery not the default setting. I've literally never seen that before except on high value items which this item was not. I don't have time to camp at home wishing and hoping all hours of the day that the delivery truck don't overheat and break down so I can get my package.
Seriously next time I order something and receive a tracking number from them I'm blocking the number and instantly canceling the order. May as well already have my support ticket sent to customer service while I'm at it to. Honestly, they should remove the "H" from their name to just "DL" "Delivery Late" which is a more accurate representation of their services.
Overall don't expect an on time deliver from these fools. Best thing you can do is order the same item twice because they might accidentally deliver one of them on time.
I had a perishable shipment arriving from overseas that made it to my local hub in very good time. To ensure I didn't risk issues with signing for the package, I ensure signature release was selected. The package was out for delivery and then the "delivery could not be completed" without any details. They indicated they would try again the following day. Then the package went BACK to the San Francisco gateway for some reason. The following day, tracking indicated it was back at my local hub and then it got delivery. AGAIN it was "delivery could not be completed" at the end of the day. When that notification popped up I tried contacting DHL (phone and chat) to only find automated options, as no live customer support was offered at that time (the obviously make it as hard a possible to reach a living human and I went off accept by ignoring the choices in the automated chat to ask to speak to a human and was notified there were none at the time). That was a Friday and DHL doesn't deliver in weekends. So the time my perishable package has currently spent during in DHLs hand a few hours drive from my home is now almost as long as it took to arrive from Thailand. Well see if this farce continues on Monday. Absolute waste of delivery cost. I strongly recommended to my vendor to have dragon courier (amazing shipper but Thailand only) to use UPS and never DHL again.
I ordered a product from a canada based company, after informing me it had shipped the last update said it was in cincinatti and no other updates have been provided all day, even though the date of delivery will not be honored because they dont care what people pay for on shipping
Don't pay for fast shipping they will disappoint. They make it as hard as possible for you to get your package.
I sent a parcel to the Philippines using DHL. It arrived in Cebu and there it stopped.
Kevin from Cebu DHL contacted me and told me to pay 47.000php or he will keep the parcel.
He is a thief he is dishonest and he has tried to bribe me by saying pay or i will keep it.

I had a package that I requested be delivered to my parcel lockers at my complex without a signature. They didn't follow instructions. Then the customer service to follow up to have the package reattempted to be delivered was way less than desirable. Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of August. Worst shipping services and customer service ever.
Tracking has minimal updates and doesn't even pretend to actually track. Support is horrible - phone only and max of 2 inquiries allowed - regardless of circumstances - before system tells you "you have exceeded number of calls." Drivers lie - say the attempted delivery but no one home. My Ring shows otherwise. German company without German efficiency but with the arrogance.
On Friday 4th August 2023 I purchased an Apple iMac M1 A2439 4.5K Retina 24" LCD Screen Glass Assembly 2021 Pink from LCD4Laptop for $386.41 GBP ($775.96 AUD) but it came on Tuesday 8th August 2023 but I had been in the Gold Coast for a week from Tuesday 8th August 2023 until Tuesday 15th August 2023 and this afternoon I just found out that I just received the screen, which had been cracked on the top and on the side.
Bad $#*! company hate it so bad so so so so so so bad don't order with them they lie and cheat I had cctv they lied about coming they are just lazy people working for company
This company is not really reliable, never got updates in a timely manner, never emailed about the package shifting hands to usps and when i did get the package...the box was crushed...
Oh dear. They threw my parcel on my doorstep and smashed all my plates. I got a second set sent. They delivered it to the wrong address. I wrote them an email and said that they were moronic. Oops. That did it. They wouldn't be picking up my parcel from the wrong address and delivering it to me. Like I care? I'll just get a refund. They seem to forget who their clients are. Bad delivery, customers won't buy from the companies and they lose money. Guess what? DHL don't get their contracts renewed. Terrible service, all anonymous so no accountability.
Later email implied I'd sent a load of abusive emails! Nope. Nice try anonymous DHL worker but I keep them all. See below. Utter lies.
We have a shop that closes at 5pm DHL tried to deliver at 9 minutes past, ( stated on their web site)
The driver puts a card though stating 5pm, the next day they attempt a delivery again after we are closed, i receive an email saying they have delivered the parcel and i signed for it ( news to me) i ring up DHL to be told he left it at no34 ( 34 is an empty property and has been for months) i was told they will talk to the driver and email me where he has left it ( no email) i rang up again to be told he left it at No 47 ( not even the same side of the street) Had he put a card with where he had left it i may not of had all this hassle.
I sent express package from America to the Philippines. Paid $180 minus or plus express envelope. It arrived in Cebu in the Philippines 4 days. Now says it's gonna sit there for 2 weeks before they decide to get it over and have it delivered no longer. Will I ever use the DHL again for anything? I called the customer service. It's not our fault that's their answer
It has been over 2 weeks now and the packet is yet to be delivered to its final destination in US. Delivery was attempted it seems 10 days back and it seems office was closed that time. Question is why they have to wait for 10 more days for another delivery attempt. As of today, packet is out for delivery - second delivery attempt after 10 days, after doing multiple follow ups with DHL express. Not sure whether it will delivered today or they will try it after office hours and again it will be back ON HOLD. Such a lousy service...ordinary post from India would have reached by now. Don't even think of using their service. So unprofessional and lousy service.
Latest update received just now...packet not delivered even today.office closed it seems - had clearly mentioned to escalation team that the recipient office will be open only from 9am to 4pm EST. Inspite of this, delivery was attempted after 5:30 pm EST. Now it seems I am not eligible for refund because it originated from india. This is related to a social security claim for my differently abled daughter, who is a US citizen.
They misplaced my package. Kept saying it will be delivered tomorrow,tomorrow, tomorrow,tomorrow. They are not to be trusted and no one could tell me where my package was. I still do not have it. Terrible company
When they first started I was the first to brag about their service. But that didn't last very long! Now they seem to be the worst shipper of all times!
I am not sure how this company is allowed to stay in business. It's one of the worst delivery companies out there, if not the worst. It's even worse than Fedex. If you want to receive the goods that you have paid for, do not use this company.
Package was sent Italy to UK to Dublin scanned and received in Dublin, And now it's lost or stolen apperantly, getting the run around on the phone. This company should be shut down not a reputable company!
Delivered to wrong address and wouldn't tell me where, when I asked them. No one was at home when my package was delivered, yet in their comments they said they handed it to a person! If that is the case, you should be able to tell me who has it and what address was used. I was told to contact the seller, I told them I got a package delivered properly from the seller a few weeks ago. I know THEY have the right address. Worst customer service ever!
DHL Express are the worst delivery company out there they should not be a delivery company at all! They delivered to my neighbour who is an absolute nightmare to deal with and they should ask for proof of delivery not just deliver expensive parcels to anyone just because it suits them at the time. They have never told me they have delivered by email and if you do not look at messages they do not tell you they have delivered until the next day by email It was supposed to be today the 9th.
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
