Worst delivery ever. I have written instruction with DHL to leave my package by my door, no signature required. Got a message saying package will be delivered before end of day. At 8:30 pm I got a text saying driver did not leave package because no one was home. 1st - per instructions, package to be left. 2nd - I was home the whole day, no DHL driver came to my door. 3rd - I have a ring camera system that did show no driver came to my door and no DHL truck parked in front of my house. I chose to pick up my package instead of waiting for another failed delivery and was told by the clerk that many similar complaints are being filed. Terrible company, will never use again.
I had A very expensive package being delivered to my home. I live in an apartment where you need a pass code to get in and…unfortunately, the passcode box is broken …. So I, (being well aware of this) …. Gave specific instructions on how the driver would be able to deliver the package…. Simply when you arrive call me so I can let you in… simple Right!… the driver shows up, sees the broken box and decides to leave with the package which also was and still is very time sensitive… so im upset cuz im in the house twirling my thumbs waiting all day! So when i realize What had happened I called the customer service number and im telling you! Not once, not twice, not even three times but I spoke to seven different individuals …. 7! two of which hung up on me! 3 of which offered me no help at all…. One gave me a fake email address! Then finally someone told me it will be redelivered the next day (She also Verified that there was a note explaining to the driver that the call box is broken and you have to call the customers cell phone number)…. So that was fun! Then today now being the "Next day, and of course again im twirling my thumbs all day and nobody shows up……. So i call again…. And again…NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS SO I CAN PICK IT UP!
IF YOU LIKE BEING pissed off and irritated DHL is the way to go… il never ever …. EVER! Buy from a vender using this crap bucket of a company! And if i can save someone else from their terrible service by writing this review I'm am honored!
They keep your package hostage, try to make you pay customs again and again.
Support will answer fast to give bad service
I had no choice as Newegg uses only DHL to my country, but if I knew I would skip buying altogether.

Clearly bunch of inbred work here, no costumer support, nothing on website works properly only ever have problems with DHL rebrand as Team Epic Fail wanna hear a joke DHL ROFLMAO record all Convo or u never get anywhere let them know u recording from start of conversation
Today 03/28/22... DHL union city is not a place for humans to work if they don't like you you count' get the job no matter if you are a potential asset to the company,
First of all, I ordered something and I specifically said hand it over to someone at my house and DHL did exactly the opposite and return with my $#*!ing package and when I wanted to pick up instead they were just saying lot nonsense $#*! that has nothing to do with solving my $#*!ing problems.
They are bunch of liars. They lost the packages and they made up the tracking information and claimed it is delivered. And the funny thing is they dont have signature proof and they said somebody contacted them to deliver without signature. This is an office building and we are here all day along, we dont even see DHL. How could you say the drive went to the right address!
This is ridiculous
If they lose a package don't expect DHL to do ANYTHING. They won't call you back. They won't email you. My last phone call went something like this - me "is there anyone else at DHL who I can speak to that gives a damn?" DHL "No sir." This company is terrible. Never has a shipment with DHL ever gone smoothly for us. I mean 2 or 3 times and you could just say they are having a bad day, but to consistently fail? I don't know how they are still in business.
They have got to be the most unreliable carrier out there. I hesitate before ordering from overseas because if DHL doesn't hand off to another carrier once package gets to USA, it's a week of emails saying "your package will be delivered today". Since DHL requires a signature, that's a lot a days sitting home waiting. And I don't dare wave the signature with such a lackadaisical delivery philosophy.
My package was supposed to be delivered March 16th but was not. I called to ask about my package that had a guaranteed delivery date of March 16 to see why I did not get it. I was told I didn't get it because they don't work on weekends so I will have to wait til next week. The package was needed by the 20 but I won't receive it until March 22 or later. I asked who do I speak with to cancel the order an the man told me (rudely) I just have to wait. NO I want my money back an to speak with whomever because it's not my fault yall don't work on weekends. He then told me me he's not giving me $hit an hung up on me. Customer service i would give you a negative 5 stars if I could!
I use DHL Express mainly as a business customer so I can't comment on the bad reviews but I can say that majority wise my time sensitive consignments reach on time with a signed for service and although a bit more expensive than Hermes and RM I have security knowing nothing will EVER be "stolen" by being left in awkward places unless the customer themselves specifies that. They give free collections, free stationary for packing my orders and next day delivery, the fuel surcharge is abit unpredictable but also when I need to get samples sent abroad for development and also collect urgent samples for retail purpose ahead of a large collection from DHL Global these are the guys I turn to!
No matter how you try to contact DHL, their website is so complicated and user-NASTY that it's impossible to get through to them. Once even an employee said she didn't understand their website! And usually, although I am registered as a customer, I can never get to whatever page I am trying to reach, they usually run me around in endless loops. You can't change your address or add instructions... you can't do anything!
I have called but can never get through. Said they would call back... NOT. Absolute junk outfit. Stay away!
2 days and waiting - you just get a new expected delivery time, when the last one passes.
If you try to use here link, just says out for delivery
If you use there contact number, you just get a fully automated response saying a time they will miss - so pointless
Emails or App complains take 3 days or longer - so no help there
So basically no wayto contact this company - avoid like the plague

I wish I could have saw the reviews before I was assigned to them. It has been over a week and I still don't have my package and they keep giving me excuses. Customer service is very rude and quick to hang up the phone in your face.
I spent several months dealing with this company to deliver a simple package with a Christmas card, drawings from grandchildren, dried food and a few supplements for my aging parents who live abroad. Instead DHL Philippines didn't deliver it because they said no one answered the phone (they dialed the number erroneously). Then later they said it was because they were confused about the address (written clearly on the package). Then a month or two later I was told it was because you couldn't send supplements that was more than a pound. They didn't even take out the supplements to weigh it; they were just finding excuse after excuse not to deliver my package and actually abandoned it to customs and was charging me over $500 and over to MAYBE get it back after several weeks but not guaranteed. DHL won't refund me a penny. I am utterly flabbergasted at this company who just robbed me of hundreds of dollars, in shipping, in items, and in all the international phone calls I had to make trying to deal with their incompetence. DHL Philippines and Customs, you have been sued already. I hope more people keep doing so.
We had a terrible experience with DHL. Firstly, we posted the package 12days back and was supposed to arrive 4 days back as per tracking. We needed a small correction in apartment number and we got it corrected immediately while placing order. We kept tracking online and calling customer service to make sure its delivered to right address and on time. But since 4 days, all we hear is its delivered to wrong service location and then to wrong address and now still in transit. We are literally fighting with Customer service people and they can hardly help as they keep reading what we see on tracking. Package had prescribed Medication for a patient and we cannot do anything but to keep waiting.
All on all, its a nightmare for us and i would never encourage to ship with DHL again.
I have sent over 20 different packages with Express easy within Germany, delivery was supposed to take two days, it took four days, that's not express at all. In one case my package even came back after four days with no explanation why, written on the package that I should buy a new label, both addresses were correct and no reason given why the package was not delivered but returned to me. Lately I'm not even able to track my shipping at all, and this is what you pay for too. Not happy at all. Express 0*
Took more than 10 days just to reach canadian border from California with a 10$ shipping rate.
It took 6 days in total for Apple airtags to travel from China to Canada with no shipping fees
Avoid at all cos DHL
DHL delivered to UNKNOWN ADDRESS on WRONG DATE according to customer service on phone and email. Spent all afternoon trying to locate package after receiving voicemail message from DHL at phone number that "was not operating at this time" when I attempted to return the call in less than 30 minutes. Was told by email that package was going to be left outside at the door of the correct delivery address with was the post office for my POB, because DHL doesn't deliver to secured post office boxes, and DHL apparently would prefer to leave packages outside, unattended, in harsh weather of a progressive rain, sleet and snowstorm. Contacted multiple customer service agents by 800# and email to NO AVAIL. Was informed by email that once the package is located, I get the privilege of driving 98 miles round trip to pick up my package myself once the package is located. Is this the service DHL provides after I was charged almost $40 to ship a lightweight, unlined coat and 2 foldable nylon tote bags?
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
Answer: Obviously the drivers are stealing customers packages.
