I'm not sure why any company would select DHL to ship products to their customers. Tracking shipping is very lacking to say the lease. It appears your shipment hangs out at each facility for 2 days before moving to the next. What FEDEX and UPS can deliver in 3 days literally takes them 10, if you're lucky enough for them to not lose it.
AVOID! AVOID! If you value your package or shipment, DO NOT USE DHL. Most of the people who work there, including management do not care about customers or your package. They do not answer the phone, they answer emails late, they make false promises. DHL is just awful! DO not trust their quote, because what you will end paying will be double. On top of that you will not get your shipment on time. Expect a minimum of 1 week delay so if your shipment is urgent, pls use another carrier. This was the worst experience I ever had. I just wish I had read the reviews before trusting this horrible company with my shipment. Even opening an account with DHL takes 8 days instead of the 3 days they say. This company is HORRIBLE! Stay away. Frankly they should not be in business!
Paid upfront for shipping and handling. Once in route they are now charging me for handling fees. These are hidden fees and they won't give me my package until I pay their extra hidden fees of $20.
I am entering my package and customs is charging a tax which I'm okay with. But DHL is charging handling, a hidden cost, that they charge to every package over $100 usd. This is a fee they won't tell you about until you put money down. They they charge more. This is not okay.
Seriously do not use this company. I picked dhl because it was "express" shipping and i figured it would be a better shipping service but to no avail they lost my package as soon as they picked it up! 2 weeks with no updates on it and i called them and they told me there is nothing they can do for me… and i paid for goods and they lost them! On that note my shipment is still lost. The customer service department is just disgusting too. Canada post all day over this trash
We shipped a PC, screen with a quick delivery fee. It took way more than expected. Once it arrived screen was smashed, the PC was dented and the motherboard didn't work anymore. When we asked if they could do anything; they say to complain in Mexico. Never again.
I paid £48 in Spain to send an envelope for 48 hour delivery. It did not arrive on the day promised which cost me dear. The website tracker is not user friendly so I had to waste more time phoning them only to be told that my parcel would not arrive when it should. No refund or compensation offered.
A very poor service that you can't rely on
Worst shipping company known to Man. Worst in everything, speed, customer service, manners, package care, customer satisfaction etc. I think you genuinely are required to have some sort of medically diagnosed mental illness to work here
Quoted 3-5 business days after paying for express shipping. This is my second time purchasing from the vendor and the first delivery company provided updates on my package and delivered it ON TIME. My second purchase the company decided to use DHL who let my package sit in a warehouse for 5 out of the 3-5 business days with zero explanation. Customer service is just as worse. I will never purchase from a company that uses DHL.
I ordered from Pacsun over a week ago, and usually they immediately give me USPS and my order comes quickly, but this time they gave me DHL. It's not even out of transit and it's been in my city for days. The updates aren't well explained or given, so I'm not convinced it isn't a scam company.
DHL goes everywhere but your home, and they delay all the time even when they're near your house. So done
Waited 2 days extra to receive my package no weather issues no explanation as to why. Any company that uses this company please do not i will never by from company that ships with this carrier.
I had a good experience with DHL. My package is complete and secured. It arrived ahead of time. They have a great hotline staff and helpful, fast and courteous 3rd party courier (W Express). I would definitely recommend DHL to my friends. Well done!
They have never been able to deliver a package that made it to my house pain free. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have to call and the package has to be tracked down. AVOID this company at all cost.
Worst experience ever. Dont trust them they will neaver fullfill there own words. They make my shipment on hold again and again. My food items are now waste. Thankyou sooo much DHL. Please guys dont use this $#*!

A very horrible delivery business
My order was supposed to come yesterday and no one gave me a phone call to tell my order wasn't delivered or even clarify my address. Bare in mind I spent the whole day at home. It was the person I ordered from that had to text me for me to realize the order wasn't delivered. I spent an hour trying to get to a customer service agent. After getting on I changed the date to today Friday. It was supposed to be delivered "at the end of the day". I spent the entire day at home and the day has ended no call no delivery. Are you serious. I had to spend about 2 hours this time to get another agent. Who told me "she doesn't know what's going on and I have to wait till Monday to get a response. Monday? Are. You serious for a delivery I was supposed to get yesterday.
The least you could have done is call me and tell me my package can't be delivered to day to. I would completely understand but you didn't do that.
You know what you can keep the package

I'm very upset
Nothing will happen since they are an awful company. My first experience was when they delivered a £2000 PC to the correct numbered house but in the wrong street! Then had the audacity to send me a photo of the number which apparently proved they had delivered it. Luckily I took the time to wander the streets in my general area and found the 96 that they had delivered it to, and the person accepted that I was the recipient.
More recently I paid £8 delivery and they gave me a delivery slot and then after I waited in for them the time slips by over 30 minutes so I called them and the woman I spoke with said it was back at the depot with no reason! No card, no explanation. After that call I got an update email stating it will be delivered too late for my purposes on Monday, utterly useless company. I intend to check every time I want to buy with a company if they use DHL and if they do I wont do business with them unless they use a different company.
Ive had to use this company 2 times now and both times I've been disappointed. Slow service, high fees, hidden charges, they stole money From me and refused to refund, inconvenience in payment, the website is slow, the customer service is terrible etc etc.
What a horribly incompetent company. They delivered a package to the wrong address yet "confirm" to me it was sent to the right GPS! Yes, the right state, city and complex (of 20+ buildings) but wrong building and apartment number. And they refuse to correct this and place the blame on me because I allowed delivery without need for a signature regardless of its incorrect delivery. When I confronted the "supervisor bot" and asked if her lack of concern was because she thought I was "stupid." She admonished me to watch my "bad language!" I am sure she has heard and will continue to hear worse. DO NOT USE DHL - EVER!
Company was chosen for me to deliver a package that I bought from a different company. So, my product's company chose DHL to deliver my very expensive (over 60 dollars) package for a friend. After taxing me over 25 dollars they autofilled the incorrect address and sent my package to the wrong place. After filing FOUR claims with them I got a response that they wouldn't be reimbursing me because my package was a gift, so the name on the package was different from mine, even though I sent them all of my purchase receipts as the person who holds the account all of the funds came out of. After arguing with their like. Top dog customer dispute person for multiple days about how that is a ridiculous reason why I cant get my 96+ CAD back that I lost because someone wasn't paying attention, they started completely ignoring me and refuse to return emails. Their phone line, of course, is run only by automated voice messages and the last time I tried to file ANOTHER claim on their website it said the service was down " :(" . Screw this delivery company; its literally genuine theft.
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
