DHL has been a complete and utter inconvenience. They are nearly impossible to get into contact with. They also told me my package was delivered to my home address but after complicated research on my own doing, it was delivered to a random desirous warehouse over 15 miles away. Not a single email or letter notified me of its whereabouts. Very disappointed. I also paid 30$ for expedited delivery. DHL is a disappointment.
Please hurry up and go out of business. I had no signature drop off they can't follow directions of course. And they lying said they came by. Horrible. But we all know this. I knew when I saw DHl. Shipping I yelled out loud FUUUUUUU@#$&2+_. Y'all suck... peace everyone... let's please boycott DHL.
I'm so upset! I needed my package by SUNDAY and it was out for delivery today but supposedly their vehicle broke down and my package was transferred to the next cycle which is Monday! I paid express shipping for NOTHING. The fact that they're closed on weekends is HORRIBLE. We should be able to at least pick up packages from the facility on the weekends. I am soooo upset I can't even begin to express the frustration this has caused me. I hate DHL.
DHL is perfect if you want to completely lose a package. I have never had them successfully deliver anything to me. Every single time, they dump the package on a random doorstep, take a photo as "proof" of delivery of a front step that looks nothing like my house, and then insist they've done their job correctly. Have contacted DHL multiple times in the past a nobody bothers to look into lost package claims or get back to you on the matter. I always need to go back to the seller and request a refund because DHL consistently fails to deliver. I don't know how they managed to completely screw it up so consistently.
Never, never delivered a package home. They always say "You weren'tat home". Today they returned the table back! Tree of us were at home... I lived in 4 countries and never saw such irresponsible post anywhere. LIARS!
I signed a waiver to not sign for package. My package has been rescheduled 6 times. Stolen by a worker in-house. Thieves work at DHL.
85 euro for anA4 letter to Thailand which takes 5 days. You got to be joking. This is treble the price I pay d a few years ago.

Paid 20 dollars to have shipped in 2 weeks, I was ok with it taking a while although price was high. It took over 2 months to arrive, they just kept pushing it back, telling me it was my fault. VERY UnpRofesSIonal and HoRrABbLLE sERvIce. Don't use them ever
On a recent DHL delivery, and using DHL tracking, it took nine days for a small package to travel from Finland to Ourense in northern Spain. It then took five days for the same package to be delivered from Ourense to this address in A Teixeira - a distance of 32 kilometres.
This past week not only has DHL misplaced both of my deliveries but the second time they claimed a completed delivery, the mailbox was completely empty. I think there may be alot of theft happening.
But no, same old same old. Just as bad as every other courier. Parcel stuck in Paris, spent hours on the phone trying to find out what is wrong. I am the sender of the parcel, they need the eori and vat number which is on the paperwork sent with the parcel. It took me a week to find out this is what is required. But they won't allow me to give the customs in France this information, the customer has to do it.
Honestly, how to make things as difficult as possible
I requested my package to be delivered 1 day later, but it came two days earlier. I also chose the "leave with neighbor" option, and it was still delivered to my house.
I have been waiting for my package that was on DHL's custody since August 17th. It was supposed to come in August 24. Okay, that's fine I guess. But then today, the day before the 24th, it got delayed 9 DAYS. So that means it is a 28 day overall experience assuming it's not delayed again. This package isn't coming from china or anywhere, It's coming from Monroe Township, New Jeresy. USPS would have already been here.
They are already 6 days late than delivery day and still I haven't received the package. It's a complete scam
This is the worst experience I ever had in life. This courier service needs to be shut down asap. One $#*!iest service ever.
In my opinion, this company really needs to review their approach to the client in Germany! I have never met such irresponsible approach to services. Every sending is the problem. Customer service is just in German, no possibility to talk in English. Passport was send from the visa services in Berlin, then they sent it to Nurnberg (don't know why, they told it was mistake), then they could not find the street where to send my passport and put my package on hold! 3 calls for 15 minutes each and still I am waiting. The thing is - is that sooo difficult to call me and ask! For which matters my telephone is mentioned!
Do not get close to dhl!
Use everything else you can and do everything you can to avoid working with dhl!
A package of personal medication was sent to me. The shipping documents indicate so. There was no misunderstanding or confusion. It cleared costume at the destination, as I was advised by DHL, just to be told later on by DHL that the medication can not be delivered. It was accepted by DHL, it cleared costume, and yet was not delivered, if it was not allowed, then why was it accepted and was charged for. Luckily a doctor here prescribed the necessary medication that was in the delivery package. DHL you either knew about it or you should have know about it, but apparently, your procedures are missing something. Why anyone should relay on you for service?
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
Answer: Simply a NO useless unprofessional company skammers
