Worst experience ever
August 16, 2022

Until now DHL is very disgusting, specifically DHL DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

Right now I have my package with DHL, tracking number *******125. After paying hundreds of dollars for shipping, now DHL and their people want me to pay $200.00 more to get this package.

I think this will be the last time I will use DHL SERVICES, disgusting services especially DHL in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

Since august first, still now I can't get my package...

HORRIBLE SERVICE

If i could rate this company a negative 5 stars, I would. I paid for expedited shipping and my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called customer service, they were NO help. The representative actually told me it would take a couple of days to dispatch the driver. Seeing that I paid for expedited shipping, you'd think they were a little more help. Nope. Instead I was called "crazy" and hung up on because my bridesmaid dress has been shipped to the wrong address. I would certainly NOT recommend this delivery service.

The people there just not care!
They do anything that they can go faster even if this is bad for the customers.
1. I waited home the whole day and then I just found a paper that they was there. No one is ringed the bell. Just left a paper and leave.
2. I was not home and they said I refused the package just that they do not need to deliver again. I guess because we filed an official complain about the delivery guy.

Try to avoid DHL if you can, the delivery sucks and customer service is just a puppet because they can not help in any matters and they no right to change anything. Or do something helpful.

I like to share my fantastic experience with DHL. After reading so many negative reviews, I was so worried to sent my important documents from Canada to India. But they did it on time, actually few days ahead without any issues. I received my package from India to Canada, Ontario within 5 business days and I sent a package vice versa also took only 5 days though they told 7-10 buisness days. I just sharing this so that people who are worrying reading negative reviews will get some relief same like I worried!

This is the worst company if you can call it a company that exists in the whole world, please do not send packages by mistake. The worst experience I have had with DHL, I sent a package out of the country and insured it with the highest amount they offer, after 2 months of the package not arriving, I return to the company located in Raleigh North Carolina, and according to me The person in charge of the care informs that the case of that package was closed because my family never showed up. Everything was a total lie and very suspicious, this same company charged my family member even more money supposedly for the time that they had the confiscated package. I called customer service requesting they return the package here to the United States and the answer was that unfortunately they could not do anything, finally after 4 months they decided to give me the package. I went to the manager of this office and he told me that he recommended that I go to my bank to get the money I had paid back. I feel that there is a lot of abuse by DHL with human beings and with their rights, I think that it should not operate in the market anymore. How sad. They are super decentralized and nobody answers you, the staff is trained just for what they want. This is an alert for all people DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. I'm sorry I didn't check the reviews before this company will take my money.

Will drop off your order, take a picture, and take it back w/ them like nothing ever happened. No wonder these low lifes can't even get 2 stars on their ratings. I don't know how you can act like this and be comfortable sleeping at night you're the scum of society.

Dallas is the worst. They have not delivered any of my packages on time and the last time I had to go get it after days of broken promises. They are vindictive jerks and lost the contents of my package because I called and escalated it. I can only guess management is lazy and stupid! They are soulless and irresponsible.

Poor services
August 9, 2022

Never once have I recieved a package on time. Which caused me to actively not use this company.
Always the drivers are rude. This time they outright lied about making a delivery attempt that was not made.
I would not have Shipped with them this time but my supplier changed to them and I didn't know it. I will be paying extra to have them use a different company from now on.
If you have any other options do not use this company

Does DHL have a Customer Service or are they just money grabbers?
Sending a parcel abroad, a mistake was made on the customs form(drop box error). Can I get hold of anyone to rectify the error of course not. Have tried phoning(only for people receiving parcels) emailing, no response, messenger(FB) no response.
I have asked my bank to stop the payment which they can't do but they will put in a claim for money back(I used Mastercard).
I have not sent the parcel and will use Royal Mail as I can deal with humans and have used them before without a problem. Will just have to send 2 parcels instead of one.
For such a big company their customer service is nonexistent for something that could of easily been sorted.
DHL are THIEVES!

Horrendous Service

Paid so much to transport item from oversea which was supposed to be door-to-door delivery service. Gave stupid reasons that I have to come down to my apartment lift lobby to bring up the items (3 crates total more than 100kg) to level 8 all by myself! It was really ridiculous. It was only much shouting and reasoning over the phone with their customer service chap that gave stupid reasons that they were afraid that the item will damage the lift and item cannot enter the lift then they woke up their ideas. In the end, I have to teach them some logic how to load the items onto the trolley and pushed into the lift. I am sure these delivery workers were not so stupid or inexperienced to even not know how to push an item into the lift but rather simply lazy or trying to get us pay extra for the service that we had actually already paid for it.

Dishonest company. I will never ever use them again. Will feedback to the vendor who used them to deliver my items and share my unpleasant experience in my social media. UPS and Fed Ex are definitely way better. DHL on the drop.

Items delivered by DHL in 2 days, held by the customs in Istanbul, they are 3 Amazon TENS small devices for sleep-aid, we heard that they may be taken away by the customs employees in Istanbul as they are refusing to hand them to us despite agreeing to pay the customs fees, they refuse that we contact them as well, DHL has a duty to interfere and help us to get them from the customs office in Istanbul OR full refund of the items cost and delivery charges

Shipment on hold

My shipment coming to USA was on hold for over a month, they claim they needed correct delivery information but after package was delivered ALL information on the waybill were clear and correct, even phone number but they didn't bother to call and after waiting for hours on their phone "customer service" line they would simply hang up. Their website is even worst it is completely useless, you can see package is on hold and now what?!?! This is last time they got my business.

I have not had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is incompetent and hard to work with, since they don't seem to speak english very well and generally don't seem to know what's going on. Because they have a very poor grasp of the english language, it makes it frustrating to communicate with them. My shipment is forever delayed it seems, since their staff can't seem to get it together. It's really frustrating and I'm beginning to lose a lot of patience because of it.

My parcel
August 3, 2022

Very bad service today almost 10 days since i send my parcel and i pay for express DHL. Normally has to arrive in 2 to 3 days. But till today no one knows where my parcel. Inside package was paperwork, which i work on it 3 moths to prepare. And those paperwork cost around 800 euro plus shipping cost. I hope DHL will take responsibility for my package.

Returned Package to Sender

I had to deal with them through Amazon and it never actually made it to Canada. It got held up at customs and then was set back to the sender. Terrible company. Had to buy the same item from in my own country, for more money. Time and money wasted, thanks to the incompetence of DHL.

I have never had a good experience with DHL. The boxes arrive damaged if they arrive at all. I have had packages never show up that they claim were delivered. I had a package dropped outside a bldg, where it easily could have been stolen, when the shipping address included the office room number where it was supposed to be delivered. I don't have these problems with UPS or Fedex!

I am writing to inform all those people who ever think of ordering the delivery through DHL. Please do not get involved with DHL as they are only interested in running away after throwing the stuff.
My and family has visited USA before a month and we have ordered the delivery of our critical stuff from India through Agarwal Packers which has a tie up with DHL. We had clearly informed Agarwal to deliver our stuff only on 30th July which was also postpone to 2nd Aug after all agreement over the email.

DHL without any prior intimation and communication has delivered our package at the destination in Edison on 28th July whereas we were in new York. I had no one in Edison to receive my package and my package was lying as unknown since 28th july. After complaints to DHL and numerous complains there is no sense of ownership and the package is just lying outside my destination with us being in new York. Please be careful if you ever plan to order the delivery through any company which has a tie up with DHL. Pathetic service and no guarantee. The pain that customers suffer has no respect. They also so not take any proof of delivery and no signature. Just throw away your stuff without any communication.

If you need to have your package marinate then this is company go to if you're trying to make it reach there within the year avoid like smallpox
