Customer service is incompetent. Managers don't return calls. No one is helpful in anyway. Do not recommend. Package got lost, didn't receive until 10 days late. Did not compensate.

Bought a usb-c hub off satechi. Package initial value: under $60. Pay for it get charged $80 still no idea why. I live on vancouver island bc, satechi is in california. Package arrives all the way up to richmond no problem... then gets left in richmond. Talk to dhl to have it delivered to my front door. After hours of trying to explain to them how not doable richmond bc is as a pickup spot they finally agree to drop it off... after charging me another $27 (so now over $100! For a 60$ splitter). So now i wait about a week only to get notifyed about my address not being real (siriously?). Go to correct it at help desk they open an investigation and say its all fine and will be there on scheduled day. Scheduled day comes and i get that same error again... this repeats for another 3 times after... its now october 1st package should of been here 2 weeks ago according to DHL and guess what? They still thonk im giving them a phony address even though amazon couriers not only find the place but know exactly which building were in...

Whats dhls bloody excuse...

Absolute nonsense. Really wish i could refund the $100 bill and change i wasted on this dumb package and incompetant survice.

It is truly astonishing that DHL still exists in a market in which they perform so poorly. They consistently deliver late, or in many cases, drivers will mark that they have attempted to deliver your package without ever coming near your house. To add insult to injury, I recently paid extra in order for a package to arrive sooner, only for it to arrive AFTER the date estimated for the cheaper shipping option. Because the driver marked that they attempted to deliver the package (they did not) I now have to go through extra work to get the package. Avoid shipping through DHL at all costs, they will let you down every. Single. Time.

Terrible Service

We had a package that was supposed to go to Finland. It needed to ship out due to contents having an expiration. It was a $1000 product. My wife arrange for DHL to pickup no later than 12:30. I called at 12:45 and they said it was cancelled. I re-instated a pickup for 3:00. I called at 3:15 and they said they will be there soon, before 4:00. I called at 3:55 to confirm and they said it was cancelled. I re-instated for a pickup by 9:00pm. We called at 7:30 to make sure they were still coming and said they had already been here. Impossible. We were both home and I was outside. I also asked to talk to a manager and they assured me that they would call within 90 minutes. I heard nothing. I have talked to them 4 times and literally nothing they have told me has happened. 5 lies. I still have my package. If it doesn't ship tomorrow, the product is garbage and the $1000 is down the drain.

The staff at DHL is rude, disrespectful and incompetent. The company takes your money but they take no responsibility for delivering it. I wasted 200 dollars; the shipment was never delivered. They even made us waste time doing paperwork and stuff to no avail. This is the worst company. I will NEVER use DHL again.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. Trying to ship internationally and the local DHL branch (Stockton) has no clue what they are doing. The shipments keep getting shipped back to me. I have provided the requested information and they literally do not understand that 0.5 ml is less than 1 ml.

I want to share my experience with intention to rise awareness of other DHL customers. DHL express parcel from Australia to Cyprus, the amount was more than 150€ so I had to handle Duties & Taxes. Problems started when my calculations didn't match DHL calculations. They lied that company have added shipping cost though when I received parcel there were no such thing on the invoice. Then they added personal intervention cost of 20€ and again lying that this was done by Cyprus customs. I have called customs and they had nothing to do bcz if they are opening parcel for inspection they usually inform you about that, parcel will have customs tape on it with signature or name of inspector and as I know they do not charge you anything as it's their job to do so. Unless something has changed. DHL employees were asking me for ID or Passport which never happened before, I said I will show it upon delivery, but they didn't requested anything upon delivery. I called to speak with manager but ofc he was not in the office. I ended up paying 27€ extra for nothing. To be more specific it's DHL Express Limassol / Cyprus branch. My parcel contained clothing. Just be cautious.

They are the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. They have poor communication. Very poor customer service. Horrible tracking details. I have given them so many chances and they continue to be bad. How do you not get better?

I ordered products via SHEIN on the 10 August 2022 and requested this be delivered to my home address in Fernie, BC, Canada as has been done in the past with previous SHEIN orders. This order was received and has been with Loomis since 19 September in Cranbrook, BC, Canada. I have been in Communicateiin with DHL ( who outsourced the delivery to Loomis) and Loomis since then to get it to Fernie but they say it's outs their delivery area. Why then did SHEIN and DHL use Loomis is they aren't capable of delivering to Fernie?

I ship to Honduras and Guatemala on a fairly regular basis from the USA.
I Never use DHL or FED EX. I Use King Express, they are out of California.
They ship to all Central America. Never a problem.
Tacky name but excellent reliable service. Something I can not get thru Dhl or Fed Ex.
This is my opinion, not a sales pitch to anyone.

Utter trash of a company. I have to work with DHL daily, and every single day they do not fail to disappoint. They lose your packages, have you connect with eejits in Arizona that just give you a runaround then hang up on you never resolving any issues. When you call, they ask you to stay on the line to give a review only to keep you on hold for a while before hanging up, probably because they know that you will leave a terrible review.
Overall, just a garbage company clearly ran by idiots who hire fellow morons.
Zero stars.

That was the best and the fastest delivery in my life! At noon the parcel was in France, later in Germany and the same day arrived to the USA next to my location. Unbelievable. Doubt if there are any faster services than this.

Both something for my business and was awaiting to be delivered. Unfortunately delivery driver was outside my house as i have seen photo he provided on their app and confirmed delivery which apparently i have sign for. I was not at home and nobody else was in my home. Driver possibly took the package for personal use. I did try to contact DHL on this number *******7770 whoever no answer even so i tried multiply times for 35 min on the phone each time. This company does not have customer service. Do not use their service.

DHL issurance is froud and scam!

Follow up with my case with DHL on package I. D #*******022.
Since July29th, that we filed for issurance covrage to at least get our money back and covrage that DHL claimed to pay ($100) nothing happend.
Worse of all they closed the case with out any notice.
Any one out there can give me a lead how to battle this froud advertisment and horrfied service!

Do DHL reached out with even more excused and unreliable answers! Here:

"After further review, the system shows that extensive research was done in order to help locate the missing contents. Unfortunately, all results came back negative and could not be found. Every matter of this nature is taken very seriously and investigated thoroughly to ensure our customers receive a reasonable outcome.

I understand the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused and there is no question that the service we have provided did not meet the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Under DHL's claim policy, the rights and responsibility for cargo claims belong to one of two parties: the shipper, or, in certain cases, the bill-to party or DHL account holder. It is up to this party to file any claim. Consequential damages for lost time, etc. are not covered under the DHL Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

With this information in mind, we are unable to settle this claim directly with you and must respectfully direct you to the party from whom you made shipping arrangements for any compensation you may be due.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience as a result of this situation.

Can't do ONE Job!

After 4 years of working on my parents immigration process, they were finally fortunate to get interviewed on July-21.
And the only document they needed to get their Visas before going back to my country-Iran was my birth certificate (I'm living in the USA).
After a quick research, I decided to use DHL which is more famous in international delivery and can guarantee that my parents can get the document safely and get their visas ontime during their stay in Turkey.

After 5 days, DHL claimed that they could not find the address, so my dad went to 2 different DHL's offices to get the package.
After opening the package, surprisingly, the package was empty. It did contain all the papers that I signed, but not the birth certificate. As a result they couldn't get their visas and they went back home.

My birth certificate was a very sensitive document and the whole process was also time sensitive.
Why did I choose DHL over USPS, while it was even more expensive?
Because I trusted your company's words.
I spent more than 5000 dollars for my parents immigration process and we waited almost 4 years for that moment. And now what?

I only have 60 days to get a new copy of my birth certificate, because Iran is under sanction, I can not send my birth certificate to them, So I have to arrange another trip to turkey for them to get their visas.

Why? Because DHL opened my envelope several times, and didn't deliver my package safely.

Can you see how disappointed I am with DHL's service?
