Good morning. I have a lot of mistrust in shopping online, that's why every time I do it I'm very afraid. A friend recently commented on the DHGATE page. At first I thought it was one more of the pile but little by little I realized that its system was different from the rest. One could pay with a credit card where your data was hidden. You also had buyer protection.
As always, the fear was to wait too long for the product but my surprise was that in two weeks I had it on my doorstep. Other pages took more than a month. I know that each vendor has its own rhythm, but I can see that DHGATE is concerned about the delivery of shipments very quickly.
After all the writing just gives me recommend this service online shopping. DHGATE is the best. Excuse me but I do not speak English and I am using the google translator to be able to tell my testimony.

I bought items 15 days ago (8-9Feb)
In discribe: ship out within 4 days.
Seller doesn't had positive feedback, but i bought items.
Passed 1 week and they didn; t ship. Then there was a new year ( 15-23Feb)... Of course Didn't ship. I sent many message but no answer.
When i contacted Help Center they told me that ORDERS ARE PROCCESED, every time when i sent message they told me same answer. They do not control sellers.
I'm Reseller, time for me is important. Passed 15 days. Also i asked refund. They told me " REFUND 7 DAYS"... are u kidding me? 7 days? I'm surprised that it's bad.

I've order 9 items from the website and my experience so far has been great. Some items take longer than others to receive depending on the manufacturer but all my items have come in less than a month. Usually two to three weeks. I highly recommend reading the reviews on the specific item you buy, just like you would on Amazon. I will continue to use this website/app.

From what I've seen and experienced, DHGate is a good site. There are quite a few people on here who don't seem to know how DHGate works and leave negative reviews. As long as you don't expect instant shipping, you should be fine. Cheap, good quality stuff. Shipping took about 3.5 weeks.

This is a terrible company. I purchased a satin cape in September to be worn at my wedding. When it arrived it was damp, reeked of mildew, and was covered in spots. This is because the seller packaged it in a flimsy plastic bag, which was torn before apparently being dunked in some gutter in China. I immediately contacted the seller to have a replacement sent to me in more durable packaging. This request was denied, but they offered a refund if I paid to send the item back to them. I went ahead and did this and provided the seller with the tracking number. Sometime in November I decided to follow up with them since I had never heard anything back. I reached out to the customer service department who asked that I upload an image of the shipping label. This could not be done through the app, it kept glitching out, so I emailed it. Later, I checked the messaging system in DHGate and found the dispute had been closed the day after I had done this. I had received no email notification. In January, the cape was returned to me with a box checked "unclaimed'. Since then, I have been fruitlessly emailing their "customer service". I am now the sorry owner of an $80 mildew-covered cape.

All of my orders have been great so far except 2, I received what I ordered just in the wrong colors. The first one I ignored, the second time I've now started a dispute for. But I've made MANY orders so these small issues for the value I'm receiving by ordering through this site is worth it.
I have written to DHgate several times and instead of them addressing my concerns all they do is continuously send me the same form letter over and over. In other words they are not going to do a thing for me. I guess stealing is a practice that they feel they can do without any penalties.

This is what I am sending to the Federal Trade Commission since you refuse to give me a refund To whom it may concern at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), On October 8th 2017 I purchased a pair of sneakers size 13 (New Max 2016 II) from a company called DHgate. One of their sellers that is a contractor for DHgate named Tebe sold me a the sneaker and when I received the merchandise the size was wrong it was a size 12.5 instead of a 13. As instructed by the company and the seller I have sent back the merchandise for a full refund for the cost of the shoes ($57.99) and cost of the shipping ($33.75) I have tried endlessly to contact the seller at the advice of DHgate and he has not returned any of my emails and the company refuses to do anything, even though this person works for the company. Attached you will see proof of all evidence that I have stated. Thank you for any consideration and help you can give me.
The first dress I purchased, they tried to increase the price after I had paid for the item. Then, in order to get my refund, they would not give me my refund unless I checked the box that I changed my mind as the reason. I DID want the dress... I did not change my mind. I just would not pay additional money after I had already paid the amount on the website.
The second dress I ordered never got delivered, I am in the process of fighting for the refund,

Ordered and paid for a pair of audio speakers online. They were not delivered. No response from the company. (EDIT 3/23/2018 :) The tracking number provided by the vendor, below, is not recognized by the US Post Office.
