Need to return an item received two days ago. Online chat is unavailable. There is no email for customer support that I can find. DHgate makes it hard to find, if any, contact information for issues. I may get stuck with this item. I can't verify that the right size was even shipped because all writing on the tag is in Chinese.

I really like ordering off DHgate. They have a great selection of products. The only downside is that the shipping takes long as everything is shipped from China. Also the sizing is a little different compared to the US. everything runs smaller there, so size up!

5) Choose the Correct Reason for dispute, refund amount, upload evidences, add description then click SUBMIT.
Please try to use a desktop computer to successfully upload the photos and submit the dispute. Your photos should be under 1mb in size. It is preferable to use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.

Ordered a product back in Dec 2017, it has been awaiting shipment details since then. Not a word from the seller. I've tried messaging the seller, and DH gate. They don't have service, period. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, its BS. I have had to open an investigation with my credit card company for the purchase because I'm not getting anywhere with DH Gate. Hope their site shuts down and they go out of business for the grief they cause people. This is the equivalent of THEFT.

I had purchased 2 watches that did NOT WORK.
After contacting the DHgate sellers, I sent back the 2 watches and the agreements were that they would also refund me the return postage fees amounting to $ 51.00.
I am still waiting for the refundof postage costs and I will certainly never get them because the DHgate Assistance Customer Center told me that I had agreed with the sellers that the return costs would be in my charge (nothing more wrong).
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY from the DHGATE.com website because if the products were NOT WORKING or DAMAGED or simply they were not of the size you expected you will have to pay the return costs.
Stay away from this site because they are scammers.

Ordered two Spektrum recievers from one of their vendors, linnyxiao. Order placed on November 4 2017. I had not recieved by January. Contacted vendor and got zero response. Wrote vendor and DHgates many times after not recieving my product in March 2018. DHgates came thru and us issuing me a full refund because linnyxiao would not even talk with them. Thank you DHgates.
