I ordered several items from this company, and did not receive any of them, that was at lease 8 months ago, went on the site to recover my order details and it was done, contacted the company and was told I needed a order number to make a claim, again the info was GONE. Asked if they could track my order by my mailing address but again was told I needed order number. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! And I make 90% of my purchases online with other companies and never have an issue until now, so disappointed.
I ordered a dress as MOB and it was supposed to be gray. When I received the dress it had a light blue tint to it and did not look like the picture in which I ordered from. I sent in a dispute the first week in February and was promised a refund. I then left a semi-negative review on the dress and someone ACTUALLY called me and ask that I remove it or they would not refund me. I wanted my refund so I changed the review to positive because I was not able to delete it. I am still dealing with the refund promised but have been assured it was given. At first I was told, 3 - 5 days, then it was 7 days, then it was 7 - 10 days. Today I was asked if I could track the package because they are not sure it was returned. When I was called on 2/26 the lad y told me it didn't matter if they had received it yet, she had my tracking and knew it was on the way so if I deleted my review they would issue my credit immediately. Then I was told their system was down for about (2) weeks, yet I still have not received my refund. So I will continue to leave bad reviews since this has been such a nightmare for two months over a $100 mother of the bride dress!

This website is an absolute scam! I ordered 200 units off of this site and spent well over 100 dollars... you would think they would take my order seriously. No. They said they sent out my items which should have taken 9 days to receive. A full15 days later I message to see where my items are. They said they are still on the way... but i couldn't check that because they gave me a fake tracking number. After more fighting, they said it must have gotten lost in shipping. This was a huge box I should also mention... Anyway, after opening a dispute they later told me that they did not have the items at the time of my order and were unable to ship them out.So they lied about shipping them and gave me a fake tracking number so they could keep my money if I didn't open a dispute. Well, I opened a dispute and explained clearly to customer service and even provided pictures! It was like talking to a kid, everything I said they ignored and didn't even acknowledge how I was treated. Buyer protection? Yea right. They told me to wait for a few days for a response and when I went back to the site they had closed the dispute. This was a 2-month process for items I needed within 9 days for my business. Needless to say, I lost out of thousands of dollars, hurt my reputation by not being able to fulfil customer demand, lost out on the money I spent, and lost 3 months of my valuable time fighting with idiots.

Unable to return, trick you by giving you limited of 7 days but impossible to reach them. I sent many messages and they finally responded to be on vacation. I've ordered numerous shoes now through DHGate and they all are pretty much the same. They all are very comfortable, pretty well built (at least the ones I've gotten have been), but there is always a small error in the replicas but if you get a good one, it's hardly noticeable, especially when on feet. I got the Gym Red Jordan 11s recently and they're close to perfect. However, the carbon fiber is fake and not even plastic or a good attempt at a replica there. Had that been at least a better replica of carbon fiber at least, I would have for sure given it a 5/5. But still, for a $50 shoe, it's well worth it and nobody will really notice that part anyway as it's on the bottom of the shoe. Only true sneaker-heads will know, but I'm overall happy with my purchase
This is the worst website I have come across. When I was paying for the product they spoke English and now they speak only Chinese. They sent me a dress: wrong color, texture, and size and it took them 1 month to deliver and I have been trying to get my refund for a month now and still they claim not to understand me and have an automated message in chinese asking what I will like to order and another in English that tells me to order and they will make the stuff for me. I have written in both chinese and English about 15 different times that I need my refund and they have not given to me.
