I said in previous write they only refunded me some money and kept back $5 for no reason and gave me a $5 coupon. The coupon is only valid if I spend another $59 in their store. So I get robbed again. This is extremely illegal in almost every country of the world. I have bought and sold off them for years and have only just realised they did this as I never checked. They must have robbed me out of hundreds. Not only are the sellers robbing but so are DHGate.
I have been with dhgate for years and about 50% to 75% of orders I get robbed. They have now accept to give me the money back for 4 shirts I never received and then refused to pay it back in to my account and are blaming the uk bank. The bank as said it is nothing to do with them which I knew. First time I got in touch with a customer service he tells me he'll send the details for the bank transaction code. He never did. Now I get another seller who robbed me. He refunded me $14 and they have kept $5 and said they will refund $9 in to my account like the same as the rest of the money that never came. Robbing bastards.
Had to file a claim with my bank to even get a refund on my dress paid the shipping of $71.15 to send something back to China now Im fighting for my shipping costs they said it will go to a dhgate account but I plan to never use their services again being that I was being cheap with my wedding dress its sad truly and its a scam they get your money then hassle you to get a refund poor customer service and also this company is not for the consumers period they find fault in you

Don't use this company. Almost half of the reviews on here are bad. They do just enough to keep some customers happy and scam the rest. This is an old tactic. If you got your goods, then count yourself lucky. If your a US citizen and have been ripped off by them, file a complaint through the Federal Consumer Agency:

There is good reason for all of these bad reviews. These Scammers are doing just enough to win some people over, but scamming the rest! Simple online scamming tactic!

A rep here by the name of Riane, sent me an email, asking me to do the same thing I've done at least over 8 times in the last 2 months. I did what the rep asked, AGAIN and wait in vain

46% RATING. How does this company stay in business. I know, by ripping people off! ALMOST 50%! Of their ratings are BAD! This does not include the 4,3, or 2, review ratings.
I normally won't do business with any company that has a bad percentage rating of more than 15%, Too bad I didn't research this company first on this awesome site... jabber. I realize that I probably won't get my money back but that's not going to stop me from trying to help other people. Do Not Buy from this Company!

I bought some car wrap, (desert digital Camo) Pictures advertised as desert tone with the colors in brown, tan and off white. What I got is some type of mauve, pinkish, light maroon and brown color. I didn't buy this car wrap to decorate my granddaughters Barbie toy car. Totally wrong color, pictures are deceptive, show false advertising. Returned it but got ripped off on the cost I paid for shipping item back. They stipulate that my receipt is not valid though I got paid, reimbursed for the wrap but not for shipping. Car wrap costs $197.00 including shipping. I had to pay $239.70 for shipping the damn crap back to China and now they won't pay the $239.70 even though I was assured, and have it in writing (copied chat logs) I would be reimbursed for shipping the car wrap back! I got screwed over by this company! Don't even think about buying anything from them! RIP OFF!
I purchased 2 phones which were allegedly dispatched via Royal Mail Track 48. The tracking message was all wrong and never updated. I will now open a dispute using my credit card company as this site seem useless after reading the reviews. Frustrated with them.

I was trying to order a couple of pair of Jordan's. I know they would be knock offs but what the hey, I was willing to give it a shot. I placed the order and the site would not allow me to submit, I received error messages when I used 3 different cards same error message. So I emailed the site and they responded, but they told me to do a WIRE TRANSFER from my bank for some knock off shoes! ALERT, ALERT! Never do this. ALERT!

I brought two wigs and only one came. And the over was silver with dark roots when I order honey brown with dark roots. The blonde 613 never should up and the seller told me. Nothing she can do the company is horrible on service. The other seller I sent her the receipt through text she told me should couldn't see to well. Seller cheats on customers with fake tracking numbers. Dhgate does not support me as a customer to get my money back. Sends only standard messages. Does not ask for help or support for cheated customers. Very bad service. Buy your items preferably on other platforms. Dhgate is a paradise for fraudsters on sale!

I ordered several things from this site and I received every order. Since I was getting my items on time, I decided to buy something more expensive... It was a pair of shoes and I didn't receive them. Seller agreed to send refund but told me to wait 5-15 days. I talked to about 30 different live chat reps and they just give me the run around saying they need to open a dispute but I was told I already had the dispute opened in the last conversation. They then found out that my item was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS even though I wrote the CORRECT address. So they messed up, and would not cough up my money... aliexpress would never do something so shady, I'm only gonna buy from aliexpress from now on this company is the worst by far that I've ever dealt with and I've spent a lot of money on dhgate but they didn't respect or value me as a customer!

I ordered a vape from them. It even came early. Looked really cool. It's a F E B S1 50 Watt vape. It worked for about a week or so. Then I tried to use it and it stopped working. I tried charging it and it acted like it was charging. When the lights stopped blinking I tried using it and it hasn't worked since. The store I bought it from thinks I don't know how to use a vape, but this is not my first one. Have yet to get a response from DHGate. I am talking the loss and chalking it up to experience. I will never use this company again. I hope this may help someone who reads this so they don't fall into the same hole I feel in.

I am a VIP member on Dhgate, have been shopping on Dhgate 6years now, 2012, I have read and hear people talking about Dhgate interms of return and refunds, but it has never happen to me until recent June, each time I order on Dhgate, wand wrong item is sent, seller always find way to handle it, in order for me not to escalate if yo Dhgate, and it has been if good, so I gave never return item, but this particular order, seller sent me total different item, I order it Brazilian human hair clips in, and seller sent me premium too from Singapore, different locations from the order, I requested a return, and seller agreed, and ask me to ship back, and o will get my refund including shipping cost, item was ship with TNT, and received in 3Days, I gave beeing messing seller since June, no response, I gave been contacting Dhgate no help, all they keep saying us I will summit the dispute yo our analysis team, is over 2months now,, to my view and understand m Dhgate should replay there rite stategies, there return and refunds, or else close the site, as people can no longer shop with confident, I have promised them today, I will make this reviews, on all social media, I am out if picket for close £200, and no help from the admins, Shame if triple shame.

I ordered a dress from the site. After it hadnt arrived in 6 weeks, I followed up. When I finally received it about 1 week before my event, it was ALL WRONG! It was 2 pieces and looked nothing like the picture. When I contacted the seller, they expressed no remorse and insisted there was something wrong with my eyes.
I requested a refund that took 2-3 months to process. The refund agreement included return shipping, but I never received a label. I contacted customer support for said label & was told to ship the item & they would reimburse return shipping. I provided all necessary tracking information for shipping. No reimbursement. I followed up and was asked for a photo of the receipt. I sent it. Then I was asked for a photo of the shipping label (which at this point was ON THE ITEM & with the seller). Needless to say, I never received my $60 shipping reimbursement and customer service was no help.

I ordered a dress from my prom, i was promised severally that i would get it up to a week before the prom. I ordered a wedding dress from them. Did not fit properly they said send it back and promised to remake it.
After more than 6months they still kept saying it had not arrived.
I even went through dispute sending proof that i had returned the dress, but still they claimed it did not arrive They stopped communicating with me.
