I hate this Dh gate

I hate this website. I brought for more than 400$ of dresses. I never got them. The customer service are playing. The sellers stole my money. They do not want to pay me back. Please guys stay AWAY from those People. Its a Scam. I would like to give them more than 1 star if I could, because they do not deserve it

They are a scam

These people do not care about the customer. Their sellers are out to take your money and send you some cheap made stuff. They have a resolution department that will do nothing for you. Stay away.

I was very skeptical
October 11, 2018

I ordered a very expensive Dyson blow dryer through the website. I googled reviews after a few days since it wasn't being shipped. Upon reading all the negative reviews, I messaged the company letting them know I was nervous. They replied immediately that it's being shipped and not to worry. I received the blow dryer today and it's amazing! What an amazing price too boot! I was so happy with the company! I am NOT affiliated with the company, just want to let others know of my transaction and not to scare others off in getting amazing discounts...

There will be trouble...

When the Hells Angels, Outlaws, Bandidos and Mongols etc find out DH. Gate are copying and selling their patches to anyone with $30 or so they will sue.
PATCHES ARE EARNED by members exclusively. Anybody stupid enough to buy and wear these colours will face a very poor outcome.

I'm an single mother with 3 kids. I've been using DH Hate for like 10 years. I go into it knowing that I will get knock offs... but even with that, all but like 2 products that I've received in 10 years have been pretty good quality. I don't do knock offJordans, but I have gotten knock off Van's, knock of Adidas, knock off huaraches, baby clothes, Jean's, shirts and other clothes for my kids and I... and I am overall pleased!

ITS A SCAM!

Its a Scam! These Guys i ordered a supreme tee and They sent me a used damaged tee. I counted My loss. Now after some months They have deducted money from My card when i havent made any purchase! Be aware People. Cease and Desist from this site! Of you have used acard, block it and get another. They are theives!

Fraud stay away

They area bunch of frauds. They will withdraw money from your account and ask you to pay saying that you did not pay for your order. They do not answer any emails when you contact them. Stay away not worth it. If there is anything less than 1 star i will choose it

SELLER SENT ME DEATH THREATS

DIAGNOSED WITH UVEITIS CAUSED BY TOXIC MAKEUP FROM DHGATE

BEWARE OF THE SELLER "CHINESEBILLIONAIRE"

I ordered a batch of makeup palettes from him and they were nothing like they were in the photos. When they arrived, the eyeshadows were different colors - AND every palette reeked of TOXIC fumes. I could not even keep them in my room.
HE WOULD NOT HELP ME AND MOCKED ME - SAYING IT WAS MY OWN FAULT AND THAT MY REVIEW DIFFERED FROM OTHERS.

UPDATE:
AFTER HANDLING THESE PALETTES, I HAVE CONTRACTED UVEITIS. The doctors informed me that this was caused by "Toxic exposure, such as to pesticides and acids used in manufacturing processes."

The seller himself messaged me saying "I am giving you this refund for your MEDICAL EXPENSES,
"so you can go to the hospital and GET SURGERY"
This was a premeditated attack. The seller knowingly poisoned me, denied it while threatening me consistently, telling me to "go die" and then ended the message by saying "I'm refunding you so you can go to the hospital."

He sent me death threats.
THIS SELLER NEEDS TO BE BANNED OR ELSE I have grounds for a lawsuit. I have the potential to GO BLIND from this makeup and I have proof that he said this money was for my hospital fees.

DHGate - He needs to be banned immediately. If I ever see him on this app again, I will file a lawsuit sharing that you protect sellers WHO POISON CUSTOMERS and SEND THEM DEATH THREATS.

I've attached a photo of our conversation as proof.

DH Gate is a great place for knock off products but that is only if you buy from a good seller. If you buy from a seller that doesn't have good reviews, or any reviews at that, then you might get scammed. Just do a little research on who you are purchasing from and you will be fine. I haven't had any issues with DH Gate or the sellers I have purchased from.

Bought galaxy s9+. Good price. Shipped fast. Doesn't work with my sim card, mobile data doesn't work, ad says it has 128 gb of storage and before i transfer any of my files it shows 40 gb is available. When i try to download info from a phone with minimal storage, before the apps are even transfered the phone show s storage full. Owned alot of phones. Never had a problem with any of them. Rip off. The love of money is the root of all evil. Their day will come!

They tell me I cancelled my order now and never paid for my order and made another order. These are all Lies.
This company is a complete SCAM.
I paid straight way on the dhgate site for my order. I centainly never cancelled because I have been waiting for my package for nearly a month. I have already provided dhgate and the seller flame electronics with bank deduction screenshot. They just dont care. They are Chinese Criminals.

Spot the Difference!

Dealing with DH Gate is a gamble on this occasion it was a fail! Spot the difference from what I ordered to what I received. I am yet to see if I get a full refund! Totally different rubbish sent!

Website, order, and timeliness were great! The jersey itself had flaws. The person who sewed the B-r-a part of Braves on the left side of the jersey did not do it correctly. It looks ok but it's not like their jerseys. See picture below.

I placed a order the payment cleared same day of coarse no problems for my payment. Four days later I get a tracking number and I watch it. When the order gets state side it goes to Arizona for some reason. I called the post service they tell me that the tracking number provided is for a address in Arizona. I checked my order info my address is clearly there and my state was clearly listed and zip code for Davenport Fl. So why is it in Arizona? I contacted seller, no response... surprise... i contact live chat... useless... i filed a claim... useless... no customer support number for a online ordering service should have been my first clue. I was ready to place bigger orders but know the lost what would been large buyer. Never buy from them there is no help and the items are not as discribed.

Feel robbed

Damage goods
September 15, 2018

Ordered from this website for the first time and i received damaged goods asked the seller for replace told me to end them back it costs more to send them back as the trainers themselves. I think the sellers know this and most buyers just give up because you think you getting a cheap pair of trainer ends up been more then you bargained for so you just give up. Beware

Don't do it

I was looking for wedding attire. I ordered two outfits April 1. Received the merchandise approximately six weeks later from two different businesses, Both were poorly constructed of inferior material and fit poorly (odd shape) After multiple negotiations the return of each where they wanted pictures and explanations of what was wrong with their product, each company agreed to take back the outfits. My customs receipts from USPS are dated May 21 and May 30. Cost of shipping was my expense and totalled $53.00. As of this date (Sept 13) I've only received email responses that say essentially "Gee. We're sorry we can't find the merchandise and won't pay you until we do." I guess I'm just out $220 plus shipping. Just stay away. Far away.

Not sure about the other negative reviews, but from my experience it was great. I have purchased many things over the years from the store. As always, you have to make sure you read the items' descriptions well, because the store sells what several manufacturers produce. The don't have anything to do with the quality of the product since they don't make them.
