I ordered 300 sets of 4 of a silicone kitchen product. Every piece (1200 in all) are defective. There are black spots on several and silicone is hanging from the seams of all of the pieces. I was told to send photos which I did. I was offered 30.00 of my 741.00 and told by the manufacturer to sell at a discount. These are not sellable and I don't sell factory thirds. I filed a claim with DHgate and was told to send a video and had 2 days. They sent notice on Friday. Sent the video, they said they never received. Sent again via drop box, again they didn't receive. Got an e-mail this morning saying I would get 200.00 and arbitration is closed. Not happy with them and I would be very leery of placing an order, If you have a problem you are stuck with the product. We'll see what they reply next... order number *******. Seller mseven delivered a gold tone watch when I ordered a two tone watch. Seller then refused to take it back or refund my money. I requested DHGate to intercede and they sided with the seller and offered me a coupon to order something else even thought I don't want anything else! They agreed I got the wrong color but refused to issue a refund. I can only conclude they just want their commission and have no interest in protecting their customers when their sellers drop the ball. Shameful and cheap!

Shipping I will admit for me is reasonable. I live in Canada and usually shipping is about 2-3 weeks, but the items I receive are terrible. I had ordered a wallet for $70 Canadian dollars because the description said it was genuine leather, and when I got the wallet I'm not too sure what it was made out of but it was not leather. When I contacted the seller about the issue he told me to send it back and was arguing with me, I went to the post office and they told me it would cost me $130 dollars just to ship this item back. Upon opening the package, there was a white powder on the inside that actually made me break out into a rash. Still not sure what it was but its very scary and extremely unsanitary. I did contact Dhgate and they did give me a full refund, but after that experience I will no longer be using this website.

I purchased a G5 massage tool for my massage practice. I used it 2 times before it started malfunctioning. I contacted DHgate who put me in touch with he seller, who gave me a work around where I had to open the product and adjust the circuit board. That worked for a short time and then messed up again. I did this 3 or 4 times. Then I contacted the seller back and they sent me a new circuit board, on which the connectors didn't match. Their communication through all of this was very slow. Now they won't even respond. I have contacted DHgate many times through out this process and all they tell me is that my order is closed so its out of their hands, but they will contact the seller. Which has done nothing. It was a waste of money and a huge pain. I will never use DHgate again and will tell all of my fellow massage therapists and students the same. This has been an unprofessional experience. There is a lack of integrity and this feels like a huge scam.

I have been a loyal customer of dhgate now for a year I admit that not every thing I have ordered ive been 100% happy about but an easy 85% every thing has turned up in 1 to 3 weeks i believe that some of these negative comments are made by people that have no patience and write a review just because it's been 2 weeks and there angry before the item turns up. This site is for people that can't afford the rich luxurys of life but want the replica to make them feel good. Just look at what you want to buy study it there's lots out there and message the seller any questions you have they will reply and give you honesty. I like this site and will continue to use it and trust in it. I see it as a way of giving back to the country the western life used to make there products at cheap prices them sell them for top prices. This country deserves the credit for making 90% of luxury items in the first place
