Absolute scam. Ordered a hoodie for my kid for xmas and received email with a 'tracking #' but to what? DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS? Doesn't say. Payment was taken but nearly 3 weeks, xmas came and went, and no product delivered. Their online 'chat' is a joke, it's a robot! All they tell you is to "contact seller." When I did, I got a message that said, "Seller has email notifications turned off." I wish I had read the reviews on these creeps before I ordered anything! FAKE CHINESE SELLERS RUNNING SCAMS THROUGH A FAKE SITE! STAY AWAY!

Scammers. Cheats. Crooks and thieves. I ordered a pair of Tyler the Creator shoes on Thanksgiving not realizing it would ship from China. These were to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. The shoes were a mustard gold color with flowers. I waited a month +, being reassured the whole time that they would reach me by Christmas. $70! Today I got a package in the mail and was so excited and relieved, only to open them up to find a pair of knockoff fake black Nike shoes. I realize I'm ahead of most people who never got ANYTHING, but this will not be a happy Christmas in my house.:-( Don't waste your hard earned money!

Ordered on 5 Nov a Christmas gift promised by 8 Dec. On 5 Dec got another email from dhgate stating wrong tracking number was given. Really? It took a month to figure that out. Now new tracking says another 30 days. Considering it's 19 Dec I opened up a dispute. Downloaded the proof but now I get messages constantly saying to trust them it's on the way and to cancel my dispute, but no guarantee I will receive my order by Christmas. What a scam

DHgate customer service do nothing when you dispute their seller. I bought something from this *******@LINDAOQIOU and she cheated me, lied about item's availability and sending me a small plastic envelope which contained a piece of card written in Chinese.

I recently wrote a review on here about DHGATE and their policy regarding payment of items and refunds if not delivered.
Well I purchased three items from one of their sellers and received nothing.
So I thought that's okay they have a refund policy if you don't receive your item.
RUBBISH! THEY DON'T REFUND A PENNY.
But I have noticed that if you post a review on here they will post a reply and promise to sort it out, AGAIN RUBBISH! The comment they post is all about trying to look good.
I responded to their so called promise to help and guess what? They did not reply. Well I thought as much. Well DHGATE IF YOU INTEND ON RESPONDING TO THIS REVIEW, DON'T, YOU HAVE BEEN SUSSED FOR WHAT YOU ARE! LYING THEIVES JUST LIKE YOUR SELLERS.

I enjoyed buying all the fake products on the site until today when I had to deal with customer service and discovered what kind of scum DH is. I ordered 5 rings in a size 9 the tiny eyed blind seller shipped me all the rings in a size 11.5. So I open a "dispute" which is a another word for go love yourself in Mandarin. The buyer has to prepay to send back to China, no way the dirty rat in China will reimburse for shipping, and hope for a refund cus these bottom feeders are so honest. It was nice buying some garbage, now I spend ZERO with DH. Lesson learned. DH eat my A$@

I purchased 2 hockey jerseys from dhgate. When i received the product i looked at them. The numbers on the back of the jersey arenot straight and the tie down strap is off to the left. I contacted the seller and got no assistance with my problem. I filed a mediation of the problem with dhgate. I was sent an email address to send pictures of proof and an explanation. I had 2 days to do this. I did it immediately, then received an email from dhgate 3 days later saying I didn t reply with evidence and my dispute was being released. This is a game by dhgate... DO NOT buy anything from dhgate, they are a fraud, the seller send you garbage that lookslike a 6 year old made and your stuck with it. Buy from CANADA, you will pay abit more but your guarenteed great quality. Dhgate lost a customer.
