Order ONE item and got robbed. Had to file fraud charges with my bank to retrieve the money and currently fighting to have this website removed by the U.S. Federal Government. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, EVER, purchase from these evil, Chinese criminals unless you want to get robbed.
Received my order on time, was able to track it the entire time it was in transit. Would definately buy from them again!
I ordered a petticoat from babyonline shop on Dhgate on 14th July 2016. The item's price is about $9 and I paid $34.29 extra dollars for it to be shipped with DHL. They shipped it with China Air Post instead! When I asked them why they lied and said they sent it with DHL. When I said no they ignored my messages. I kept messaging so they said they will ship another one with DHL but they didn't and they completely ignored my messages after that. I had to shift to another plan because my wedding is approaching! Absolutely unnecessary stress before the wedding. I eventually received the petticoat 17 days late via China airpost on 7 August. Terrible experience, terrible shop, and the item wasn't what I requested! I asked for it to be 6 layers, instead they sent one with 3 layers only.

DH gate is the best and most reliable Chinese website I have used. The choices of trainers is excellent. I'm regularly updated with emails from DH gate with my orders and I can buy with confidence.
I`m doing shopping on DHgate and i don`t have anything bad to say about it. My packages are very quickly shipped. But unfortunately customs agents are doing everything very slowly and it takes them a lot of time. With paying for my orders i don`t have any problems. Everything is correct.
Purchased some fishing lures to take to a fisherman friend in Mexico. They finally came and were great lures. Now I cannot get he sexy pics of Asian women (they may be blow up dolls or something but they are in crazy positions and nude) off all my searches. I even deleted all DHGate cookies which helped for awhile but then they came back. My9 year old grandson was searching for something with my computer and became alarmed and told me he saw something inappropriate- and sure enough the porn ads were back to buy from DHGate. It was not worth it!
The dress is nice, but I ordered dark green and it is not even close. I was very disappointed. There were color charts, at least 4 of them. My mistake was the chart I selected from wasn't the one for that dress. They need to put the only color chart for that dress not all of them.
Received most orders with no problem. One item never arrived and when taking issue up with merchant I repeatedly was told to wait and keep waiting. Item never arrived.
Delivery is too long and you have to pressure them into sending your items. Bad customer service and bad customer support. And I only received one of my items back even after I returned items that was the wrong sizes. And did not get a refund or anything

II want to say that I have been using DHGATE.COM a couple of years, and I have to say that it is 99% of the time, have been a positive experience. The list of things that I have been buying is getting quite long, and I have nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing. I am a very satisfied customer. The service has been excellent, and I am not going to stop using DHGATE.COM.
