I did not receive the right wig. The one received was much curlier. I have been in commuication with The seller and DH gate. The seller has broken english and I get The feeling they really dont care. Never got a response from Dhgate. At this point Im just keeping The wig paid $200... The hair is beautiful... just was not what was pictured... will not order again!

In general, the experience is good. The negative point is sometimes I order some products that are showed by pictures and added with a message saying that there is a discount by a %, for the practice and at the time I pass an order, I receive a message from the seller telling that this product s out of order. Than he ask me if I want to change it or be refund. The problem is that I pay the order at the same time I ordered, but It takes neer 3 weeks to be refund. Why the products out f orders are still in their catalogues? Can we have a certification of the availability f the products ordered before we complete the Ahmet f and order with a seller? Thank you!

Although I ordered the size suggested by the "conversion table", size was a bit small by Western standards, and the product is "tight" were it should be loose.
