I have contacted dhgate customer service over 20 times not one single time have they ever been able to help me with anything... They give you surveys via inbox and if you fill them out you get coupons supposably I have done 3 of those never receive the coupons from those either... As far as the sellers on dhgate they are awesome the prices on dhgate are awesome... Dhgate customer service is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my 39 years of life

I had some ok experiences and had two incredibly rude sellers. Beautydesign sent me a dress that was damaged and agreed to refund me money and shipping. The dress and ship was $86 and to send it back to China from Canada it was $30. I sent the dress back and they said it was hard to find so they stopped responding and did not return the money. I not spent more money to send the dress back and have no dress and no money back. This was a theft! Ot was incredibly difficult to get a hold of dhgate to get help so after spending hundreds of dollars on this site, I have been ripped off and will stop using your site unless someone helps me get the money back from the dress I returned to beautydesign.

All in all really positive. Anytime i have contacted a seller they have been excellent. Very helpful and always happy to try and not just level the balance but got a level extra to make you feel like a valued customer.

I have had better experience and more prompt communicative, honest customer service than on Amazon Uk from sellers there and also Ebay. DHgate is a really good experience for me. I would recommend it to anyone and i do regularly. I always check DHgate now for anything i find on Amazon or anywhere else really.

I have been waiting on a refund for over 5 months. DHGate advised me in early June 2015 to return defective goods to the manufacturer and provide them with a tracking number. I did that through Canada Post again at THEIR request. DHGate informed me to pay the postage and that both the postage ($170.90) and the cost of the defective goods would be refunded to me when the goods were received by the supplier. According to the tracking number the goods were received in Hong Kong at the suppliers shipping address on June 23rd, 2015. Lo and behold the supplier states that they never received the returned package. So either the post office is lying or the supplier is lying and DHGate is now noticeably silent on the issue.
If you want quality products this IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY.

I really enjoy going on the DHGate site. I find a lot of different products that are interesting to me. I find it very easy to use and easy to place my orders. Follow up and communications with the sellers is great. They provide tracking numbers so that I know where my order is in the system. It's like Christmas morning when my orders arrive. There are so many sellers with so many products that it can be a bit overwhelming. But it's a lot of fun. Any issues or questions are quickly addressed.

I came across DhGate by chance while surfing the net.And i'm stoked that it is. First impression was great as navigating through the pages is easy, there's nothing that i don't understand about using the the buttons to navigate through the pages. Even if i do have a problem/or get lost, the Help buttons answers my questions and gets me right back on track. For a first time user, i have no complains whatsoever. Overall, Great Job DhGate!

After purchasing two jewelry items on DHGate and getting scammed both times, I would tell everyone to STAY AWAY! The description in both cases, two different sellers, said SOLID 14KT GOLD with a photo. What I received in both cases were completely different items than what was pictured, and definitely NOT Solid Gold, not even sterling silver! Metal crap jewelry. Disgusting and would not make it right. WOW, these items are still for sale even after the companies were reported! STAY AWAY!

Bought a phone and it wouldn't connect to the google store. That means no apps! No google calendar! Contacted google and we tried everything for 2 weeks. I finally gave up and asked for a refund from DHGate. I took them over a week to respond. The response only gave me 48 hours to send in more proof and I happened to be out of town without my new useless phone to send in more proof even though I attached all my communications with google. I now have a useless $130 phone. I was ripped off! Never again!
