Dh gate would be better if the shipping speed was faster, people would pay extra for the privelige of getting the goods they bought sooner, free shipping is OK but it takes way too long to receive the goods.

I have tried several times to contact DHgate about a current issue and every time i get an automated computer response with a list of suggestion that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. I have also discovered that in order to return an order to the seller it will cost more of your aus $ and there is no guarantee the seller will cover those expense.
I WOULD SAY BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER... BUT THE DISCRIPTIONS OF THE ITEM ARE NOT ALWAYS ACCURATE. AND TEND TO LEAVE OUT CERTIAN DETAILS.

I been buying from DHGATE for a while. The Website offers a Membership when you create an account. For every purchase or review of the website you get points. So I got to Level D3 and so far for every and each level you get a reward. I have NOT received Nothing! At all!. At each level I was going up expecting what they promise it never came! NO answer! NO help!. NOT Recommended because at the end its disappointing.
I have often, by mistake confused my orders and confirmed I have received an order when orders were very similar. I would like it if you could keep records of my previous purchases for a a while as it sometime takes up to a month.And sometimes an earlier order will arrive later than a second order.
Tracking number of items ordered is very good also. But when I receive orders through DHL or UPS or other delivery services they have different numbers and I can cross reference numbers.
I noticed that after the order has been confirmed received, it is removed. I sometimes would like to go back and reorder same items but you no longer have record of transactions.

The only problem i have is the refund return portion of the site. I have recieved 3 i tems that needed to be returned and or refunded. I have tried several attempts to follow the procedure that is in place but the system will not allow me to finalize. Very frustrating. I have contacted the site and they keep just directing to the flawed process in place. So if i am unhappy with anything i am just stuck with the item.
