I have had a lot of good experinces on DHgate. But I can't stand the log in. It takes me at least 4 tries every time trying to get past the Chapcha. Why o why do you want to make it hard and annoying for your customers to log in and spend money? Just makes me want to go some where else

Good experiencie. It could be better.
Must have more control over fake products, and products with poor quality

Ordered a gold dress it was smaller than a blouse no refund

Had trouble with how to pay with western union on DHgate, Custom service on there helped me out. Sid helped me out and everything was resolved.

I spoke with Sid over live chat and he insured me my packet will make it on time he was a great help.

The app is cool, sellers need a bit more compromise and sence of urgency. Also honesty on announced prices and quantities

I was skeptical at first about the safety with ordering from out of country but they provide the best secure way to buy because you don't release the money till you're satisfied with the product. AAA COMPANY!

I am very disappointed in my dress. It looked nothing like the picture. There wasn't enough beading as there was in the picture. The pink was too light of a pink. It just didn't look like the picture at all. I am highly upset about this.

My experience with DHgate has been very pleasant, however my main issue is the state of constant wonder whether my items will be delivered within the first two weeks or not. Really, the shipping is very very slow. In addition, some items I've purchased are unable of being tracked so I've no idea if they're arriving tomorrow or next week.

Ordered a "gold watch", order number: *******. First of all the shipment took a long time for such a small item. Second of all, i got the wrong watch!
I ordered a gold watch, this one was all BLACK. I contacted the seller as soon as possible, with respond whatsoever. This was probably the last time i ordered something from dhgate.

I find dh gate easy to use.
I think to make it better m, customers should be able to review products they've purchased and post photos so other customers can see the products.
Also when looking at sellers it would be good to see categories of their products so you have s choice to see what they sell.

Seller does not have item in-stock then after a few delay provide me with fake tracking #. DHGATE.COM it not safe to shop. SO DONT BUY ON THERE SITE. EBAY is safer.
