Order says you pay one price... Visa comes in and they charge you something else. Spent over an HOUR on the chat with DH Gate and I find out they charge me a FEE which a 3rd party charges them.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. I SUGGEST people use ALIEXPRESS instead

Good stuff, annoying service

The items i ordered 3 months ago are great! But now even though I have unsubscribed from emails, I AM STILL GETTING THEM. Wish I hadnt given them my email.

Update: The site has contacted me to fix the issue for good, hoing to see what happens. Better customer service than most.

Nope still getting them weekly.

All products were as described, of good quality and arrived quickly in good condition. DHgate website is easy to use and quickly let me see the status and history of all my orders. I have ordered about 15 times. One order was quickly cancelled by DHgate because it was out of stock and DHgate refunded immediately. I reordered at a later time and the reorder process was easy and fast.

Not a Happy Camper

As a reseller my experience buying from DHgate has not been a happy one.
Everything that I purchased, over $1000. 00 worth, turned out to be useless junk that was only fit for landfill and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these people, unless you have heaps of money to waste, do your shopping elsewhere.

Items do not work... again

Last order is trash and broken items but i cant get a refund without uploading a picture... that is what lets me know its a waste of my time to continue ordering from dhgate as i have boxes of unsellable items that i ordered from dhgate.

Refund very slow after winning dispute

Not very good, waiting over 2 months after winning dispute over laptop. Refund is set on $50 but still no money deposited on account. DHGATE says sorry because seller has no money.

They were very helpful and understanding my case.

Thank you very much for given me this opportunity now to express my experience with DH gate. I like the way you communicate with a costumer, but on shipment aspect to me is too long. Not all of us like the long term 30 to 40 days delivery. You have to arrange, All the services like example DHL, UPS, TNT e. C. t. So that if some one need an item or gent and he or she can pay the express shipment you send it to him or her. The long posting I don't support it.

I am a business owner. So when I receive a faulty part. They want you to provide the seller with evidence. This type of evidence is more suited for video. But they only give you 5 MB. And that's nearly not enough room. I am currently looking for someone else to buy my parts from.
