Item was cancelled by seller. Customer service was extremely helpful in the refund process. Janna provided answers to all my questions quickly and in a professional manner.
I CONTACTED A SELLER (SPORTS_STORM) WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE AND ORDER AND EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL WHAT I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE. I ORDERED THE ITEM AND CONTACTED THE SELLER AGAIN TO MAKE SURE OF THE ITEM I WAS BEING SENT. THEY SAID THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR THAT I COULD NOT USE. I MESSAGED THEM MANY MANY TIMES BEFORE DURING AND EVEN AFTER THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE OF THE PURCHASE BECAUSE IT IS A GIFT. I CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THIS DISASTER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPLIER ABOUT A REFUND. THE FINAL MESSAGE TOLD ME THE STORE WAS CLOSED AND I WAS GIVEN NO CONTACT INFORMATION AFTER THAT. I TRIED TO SEND MESSAGES ABOUT A REFUND AND DISPUTE WHEN EVERYTIME I TRIED TO ENTER MY INFORMATION THE SUBMIT BUTTON WAS INACTIVE. I TRIED ON MY PHONE, TABLET, LAPTOP AND DESKTOP AND STILL NO SUBMISSION WAS ALLOWED. I FINALLY SENT A MESSAGE TO DHGATE AND THAT WAS SEPTEMBER 2 2016 AND IT SAID THERE WOULD BE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS. NOTHING! I AM OUT OF $183.95 AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME ABOUT IT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DHGATE AGAIN AND WHOEVER READS THIS I URGE YOU TO REFRAIN FROM DOING SO YOURSELF!
In my experience with dhgate so far. Everyone has been very expedient and professional. They are my go to for alot of my personal shopping. Highly recommended.

Sometimes things are great and no problems which would be 5 stars. I give a one because if you get a subpar product, or its damaged, or not as expected, you have to jump through hoops to try and return and get a refund- and then nothing! I have sent stuff back and no refund just a total loss. Overall, between good and bad, I'm at a loss.
