I did the appeal against the analyst decision. But the analyst did not reply my appeal, i sent him email lots of time even i did the online chat for 3 tomes and 3 times the customer assistant made note for the analyst but he did not reply. After that i sent message to the dhgate message centre for 2 times but they did not reply even. I sent email to *******@dhgate.com but no one relied because the order is for 1100 dollar and they want to support the seller not the buyer. Before that, when i contacted them they said they did not get the documents but when i sent them the screenshot of my email then they said sorry. I sent them the prove that the seller said their item is not good after i done the complain but dhgate does not take any action, i sent them the prove that from my country we are not allowed to sent the battery back with the screenshot as well. Whatever, the analyst or dhgate; no one does not do anything to solve the case. Because they just want to save their people. Why you do not say anything to the analyst, why you do not take the action against the analyst? I am a customer and there is no solution for that.the seller is still doing the business but dhgate is not taking action for my case. How do you want to solve the case?
I have done some business and everything went well and fast shipping
I was looking for a specific item and the customer chat helped me find the exact item I needed and was able to give me full instructions to get a hold of the seller to get my order to me in time.
I had an issue with payment and it was explained how to fix it.
The customer service is the best thing, they are polite, professionals and get things going very fast.
The prices and the variety of products are also good.
Love this site. I can buy tons of products for way cheaper than anywhere else. Suppliers are super open to go the extra mile.

Every purchase I made on this site has been a pleasure. The experience was great. The stores I bought from had the correct descriptions for all the items with pictures and details. The free shipping was a welcomed bonus.

Came in expected time. No issues. My dress looks even more beautiful in person. There's one error in one of the loops being more whiter than the others on my wedding dress, but I'm fine with that.The dress fits perfectly and I love it.
I have now placed orders for 22 items in the past 3 months. 2 items were cancelled by the supplier, even though they showed as available, 3 items I had serious problems with and the suppliers refused to refund me so DHgate had to resolve these problems on my behalf and in the past few days I have received two more items that I will need to complain about.
I have been shopping on eBay for more years than I can remember and from the huge number of orders that I place monthly with them, I hardly ever have to complain or return anything and this is because I am dealing with the imported/retailer, NOT the manufacturer/agent and this is the main difference between the businesses from a consumer's perspective: with eBay you have the assured security that your supplier has already established a good quality, reliable and successful supply chain so your chances of satisfaction are high; with DHgate you have access to a much wider range of goods but you are dealing with such random suppliers and in effect, you are vetting them so the chances of failure (as I have discovered!) are much higher, but you can save money if you can be bothered to go through the aggravation!
I gave three stars only as the suppliers can be a real pain when trying to communicate with; I understand that English isn't their first language, but DHgate INSIST that all communication is done in English, so they really should be more capable and willing.
DHgate as an organisation is great and very supportive of their customers, unlike that dreadful shower Etsy, who care more about their womens' collective arts and crafts groups and stoner hipster punks who downright lie and epitomise the 'entitled' generation!
I would recommend using DHgate, but be prepared for problems.

Phone is absolutely great. And cheaper than anywhere on a Chinese site. Delivery was faster than fast, for China (DHL, 2 to 5 delivery days, working days). But what I didn't saw coming was that I had to pay 51,43 because of the customs costs (maybe for the contributor who 'cared for my package in the customs?).
Anyway, everything is so good, except the extra costs what I didn't knew.
Had trouble changing the address on an order and the assitant helped me with this.
One or two items arrived late but, once I received them, most have not disappointed.
I am using DHgate more than a year. Sometimes I saw fair sellers sometimes Seller deceived me and I lost money

Answer: Yes. Even when they send you the wrong product, dhgate finds for the seller, not the buy. Stuff sent isn't what is advertised. So many unhappy customers, that's why I posted my review. Will never buy from them again. Ever

Answer: Not reliable. They have a horrible track record, for every one good review there's atleast ten or eleven of bad ones. Trust that the odds are against you in having a good experience and buy elsewhere, I promise you will regret doing business with them.
Answer: I got 64 x 256gb flash drives. They were all bad. Boycott DHgates, Aliexpress, Alibaba and Amazonprom. They are all Chinese and they are all bad news. Don't believe me? Read more reviews.

Answer: Do not trust DHGate. It is a scam organization. They sent me the wrong merchandise. I had to send them "proof", and then I would have had to pay for the return postage. At that point I called it quits, and will never deal with these guys again.
