Tengo ya mas de 5 años comprando en DH Gate, al principio las esperas por los envios baratos internacionales eran estresantes ya que uno al principio desconfia de eso de pagar dinero a alguien que esta del otro lado del mundo y recibir las cosas correctas.
En las pocas ocaciones que he tenido problemas con los vendedores por algun motivo la gente de soporte de DH Gate siempre ha sabido resolver el problema y nunca he quedado defraudado, insatisfecho o perdido dinero.
En estos momentos lo unico que me detiene para hacer mis acostumbrados pedidos mensuales es el tipo de cambio de la moneda de mi pais al USD.

Generally speaking, I am pleased with my shopping experience in your website. That said, untill now, I have mostly purchased LED bulbs or LED corn bulbs. I have received three of my six orders and I am disapointed with one of them. While the description stated that the LED corn bulbs were 15W, it appears that they are not at all. They possibly are 15w incandescent bulb equivalent. The description should indicate the number of lumens emitted by the lightbulb (a universal standard), in addition to the number of watts. In that sense, the descriptions are misleading and I did not get what I expected. I sent a message to the seller and I haven't had any answer yet. This should be applicable for all light bulbs.

My experience with DHGate so far has been great. I have received three pair of shoes from them so far. The delivery time was no more than 2 weeks, the quality of the shoes are great, and the communication and delivery notification has been great. I will continue to shop with them as long as I continue to have experiences like this.

The item I bought was being shipped from China. I was worried that it would never get to me and that I would lose my money. However, the product arrived much sooner than predicted and was in perfect condition. I paid much less for it than if I had bought it locally.
