Excellent variety of items, I love how you can contact thr seller and ask anything you want to know, the 24 hours customer service really helps a lot if you're new, so far I'm enjoying this app and couldn't wait to get another order!

I've made several orders from DHGate and it has been 90% enjoyable. One vendor HWFashion has twice given me trouble. Either by sending things that don't match advertisement or not sending at all. I currently have 1 order outstanding with HWFashion and they won't return my messages. Other vendors however have been great. Most even deliver ahead of schedule.

I've been using the site for a few months and it's been Great So Far. Better deals than anywhere else!

On two orders I received wrong sizes I would like to return them. I ordered the Minnie Mouse cycling set size small in tops size medium in the shorts I received the wrong size in the shorts. Fairy cycling set I ordered a size small in the top and medium in the shorts I received a size medium in the top which was wrong. I would like to return these items and receive the correct sizes

I will never order from this site again. I ordered a jersey that had burn marks on it. When I kept emailing the seller, he kept giving me the wrap around. I emailed dhgate about it, they said to do a after sale debate. Problem is it wouldnt let me do it. I use this site regularly. I wont be using it anymore. I would give zero stars if I could.

I like it when buy product in DHgate but have some seller buy not good product, when i open dispute or refund and return. I have to 4-5 days... i don't like have to wait

I had to return 4 items and it costed me more in shipping then I got a refund on. Very dis hearting
They let people sell products with other venders name on it then it's not what it says it is you have to pay the return shipping. Can get any one on the phone. Not good coustmor service.
