I bought a few things from DHGate for the first time, I was skeptical at first to purchase because they asked me for a picture of my credit card which is pretty weird. (I'm guessing it's only for new customers) but I covered everything on the card accept my name and expire date/last 4 digits and everything was fine. I received all of my products from sellers! To be safe, purchase from the Top Merchant Sellers and Premium Merchant. Be sure to read reviews also. This website isn't a scam but some sellers can be. Other than that, the website is really good.

I think DHgate is one of the best wholesale websites because the website has many terms and conditions which are protect the buyers but I have 3 points that the website management should consider: 1- the date of posting the items in not shown (which gives the sellers to post old items and write 2016 new arrival). 2- The website should attract more seller and items (most sellers sale same items). 3- The refund process should be a little bit quicker.

One downside here is that they tend to mix it up here! Sometimes you find fabulous deals that save you a lot but there are also lots of what I call cheap deals. I mean, 50% off is great but then it is not great saving when you apply them to those that cost little (like 5 bucks) in the first place.

I've placed easily over 20 orders from dhgate and everytime I receive the item I'm impressed. The prices are ridiculously low and shipping is surprisingly quick. I receive most items right around a week from when I order and at the most 2 weeks. Which isn't bad when shipping is usually free and it's coming from China. I defenitely recommend this site.
