I've already ordered several times from DHgate and so far I'm very satisfied with each. The goods are as described and very quick turnaround from placing the order and shipping it to the buyer. And if there is any problem, their suppliers are very quick to respond and always try to satisfy the customer. They offer discount and assured me that they will improve on the next order placed. That's great to know. Overall SATISFIED!

I found what i needed for cheaper on this website. It was more on Aliexpress. Glad i found DHgate

It's hard to find a vendor you can trust, prices change daily, can't choose colors of items when you want more than one. That way they keep from giving you a lower cost for bulk. So it's really shady but I'm selling the product so I keep finding the cheapest vendor and hoping for the best.

I buy regularly from online sites including DHgate. My main issue with DHgate is the fact that the tracking of the shipments to the US is very poor. There is no visibility of the shipments during transit. All things equal, I will buy from Aliexpress or Ebay because their shipment tracking is much better and trustworthy and I have much more confidence in them because of it.
