I was having difficulty with a seller on this site, where basically a seller would not refund me for a item I purchased, that they didn't have in stock. The first representative by the name of "sid" asked for my order name 3 times, instead of taking the effort to write it down, and also told me they couldn't file a refund dispute. I immediately got to another representative by the name of "Jenner" and this specific employee fulfilled all my needs question, & concerns.
They also reported the employee that didn't not put in effort to help me the first time. I also work at eBay's customer service instant chat line, &a I must say we need us a Jenner!
I have used DHgate for a few years now. It has helped me make a tidy profit by parallel importing. Why buy from a store when you can buy direct from China!

If something goes wrong with not receiving an item, then DHgate always protects the customer. I plan on using DHgate again in the future.

I was missing an item for my purchase; but it's okay; it was a minor item. My package arrive in one week; one week and a half! Tracking worked to my doorstep too! Heads over heels happy with my transaction!
Just received my package yesterday, so far everything is working good and we're pleased. I ordered it on the 28th of August and didn't get it until September 23rd. Everything looks just like the pictures.
