I was pretty sceptical about ordering from dhgate because I've heard some pretty bad stuff and the website itself is pretty sketchy, but I decided to order. I ordered on Sept 28 and my order came oct 14, which is pretty fast considering it's coming all the way from china. The only problem I would say is the sketchy website and bad customer serivice due to the language barrier. I will order again tough because the prices are unbeatable!

Be careful before you buy ANYTHING from DHgate.
My first 20 orders shipped I had no problem.
The last item shipped by suppliers MTLED8 was a disaster.
DHgate supports their suppliers if there is a dispute.
I was instructed by a DHgate dispute analyst to send the defective item back to the supplier and to prepay the return shipping.

The following information needs to be provided to DHgate within 7 days (after seller provides their return shipping address to you):
Shipping company name and shipping tracking number;
Digital photo of the shipping label

Please return it via canada post.(the cheapest shipping method)

I did everything as instructed by the analyst and supplied the tracking number.

The supplier ( mtled8) denies receiving the item even when DHgate was presented with positive proof of receipt via the tracking number from the shipper.
DHgate dragged out this dispute for over 3 3/4 months. (At 4 months you can not get your credit card company to resolve the matter by reversing the charges. I was lucky).
Their supplier MTLED8 ships products that are defective and did offer a 50% refund of the costs of the PRODUCT, BUT only if I changed my review of the company. In my opinion this supplier is at best a liar at worst a crook probably a bit of both.

I have been purchasing folding flipper knives on DHGate for a couple of months now and have made 37 purchases with all but one of them going smoothly. Most are very good prices compared to US as well as good quality. That is the reason that I have purchased so many. The only purchase in which I had an issue was handled very professionally and quickly by DHgate customer service. I have only good things to say about DHGate and plan to continue to purchase more products at that aite

Dhgate provide a list of good vendors to work with. Vendor send good product at the best price I can get. Shipping was very fast.

DhGate is highly recommended to shop.
