I start to buy from DHgate 1 year ago... and i find almost all the time good sellers... And only for 1 order, i recived different items, but DHGate resolve the problem quickly and the seller refund me... So, keep up the good work, DHGate!

I purchased several items from this site and I found that they have great customer support that will help you actively and try to solve your issue and even refund you if the seller doesn't resolve the issue within the given time-frame.

Lorie was able to provide me with all of the information that i needed to get my problem solved. She was also able to go above and beyond and help me locate products with their best sellers so i don't have any further issues. I am very pleased with the experience.

Needle is short, there is no logo on the crown. Shipping was slow.
