The dress was really made cheap looking it said it was lace but it had lace and net and a silver lining under the to when it should have been black. And it was 10 feet long. Started using dhgate in 2015 and my experience with them has been quiet good. Ofcourse you will always have problems with the seller(am sure its every site) but it has always been solved in a pleasing way.
I'm very pleased with the shipping time and that I did not have to communicate more with the seller than to just wait for my order with the provided tracking nr.

I was very happy to see that the shipping time only took 9 days when the required shipping time was around 14-24 days. Also, yet again I did not have to talk with the seller more then just purchasing the item and getting it delivered, saves me so much time when everything is done correct!

You are unable to even speak with a live rep about your concerns. Every response I get back is from a bot! I have been waiting now two months which might very well be typical waiting time when ordering through this company BUT my biggest complaint is that My shipping information is all over the place and I have been given a tracking number and there is supposedly NO record of my order. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! BELIEVE ME, I AM TAKING THIS AS HIGH AS ONE CAN TAKE IT.

Ordered a couple of items on DH Gate and the items were real close in look and quality to the originals. They also let you know when your order leaves China and when it arrives to the U.S. This was helpful to gauge exactly when my product was going to arrive.
