Hi I have bought a lot of jerseys from DHGATE and have never experienced any problems. Everything is always great with any sellers that I have ever delt with. The quality of the jerseys are excellent and the prices and workmanship are the best I have found from overseas. I have bought other things from DHGATE and have never had any problems. The packaging is very quick and compact. I have found if you use the right shipping method you can get your item to Canada is 11 days. I would highly recommend this site because it is also very secure.

Hello guys I been having problems with this company I'm asking for you guys help if you guys have experience something like this I open my account and after the 3rd order they told me my account was Frozen do to unpaid account and an account I open up a claim and they give me account number ******* that was paid with card number ***********3972 to let them know the missing numbers in the card i clearly explain to them that that account number and that card wasn't mine and I reviewed my 3 accounts I had made they made me send a card authorized form with front and back of my card after that they told me they or able to unfreeze my account because I wasn't able to uncover the middle numbers on the card i want to know if this has happened to anyone because the same thing happen to my close friend they gave her the same account number the same card number and they told her the same thing after the 3rd purchase Oh and after that they tell you there sorry but they can unfreeze it but they can still let you purchase but you can only pay with Western Union please if this happen to one of you guys let me know to me this is fraud that's what there trying to do

Unfortunately their advertisers are not always showing correct shipping information.

I have another order past due that dhgate refuses to allow me to escalate because dhgate claims that 10-26-2016 is still within the delivery time of 10-22-2016.
I know, dhgate must use some weird calendar as for everybody else, this shows overdue.

In all fairness, two orders went without a problem, two others were/are a nightmare. Dhgate was absolutely no help with the problems. Dhgate only covered for the seller.

A bit above most of the typical chinese sites. Not the best organised whe trying to find something, but I do think that's by design so you impulse buy.
Dhgate just let a seller obviousley steall 2000 dollars from us. We recieved 3 0f the 40 packages we was supposed to and Dhgate will do nothing about it. We have been trying to contact them over a month now to do something and they just ignore us. You can read the messages alone and see the seller has not sent our orders and we are going to have to contact a law firm to try and get somewhere. Worst sales site I have ever used. They are scam artists.

Received my items and both were not as described took forever to resolve and a pain to deal with. I will never use this company again. Go figure it's all from china so you now how quality goes.
