I was bought a mobile camera lens. Product is awesome. And their shipping service was on time.
A very short version of events: I ordered a beauty machine which arrived broken. They sent me a new part to instal which we could not instal because the screws were so tight. Why should I try to fix a machine I brought? Complained, a lot. Filled in all the DHGate forms. No reply. No reply... 3 months later saying not enough evidence and my case was closed. This all started in May! I sent photos and many requests for help... nothing!
Two of the shoes that I received wasn't what I expected. Both of them had a hook as a Nike symbol and from the way the picture represented it was suppose to be a Nike sign. The rest of the shoes were fine. Overall I will be shopping with the company again, next time I will make sure to explore more options and get a different brand.
