It has been a pleasure to buy at DHgate. Even though many products do not meet my expectations, many others have a really good quality. Refunding orders take long. I am still waiting for two different refunds. However, I recomend this website.

Still no resolution

I have been trying for some time to get a refund for a pathetic excuse of an order. The first real response to my issue- after MULTIPLE emails were NOT replied to- was after putting a bad review on this website. I immediately got multiple responses but guess what? They have yet to do anything but post on my review that they will do something. I have rarely been this frustrated with anything. I cannot caution any of you enough about using this website. If you do use them, go ahead and start an account with sitejabber because you are going to need it.

My experience with DHgate

Good site, there's many payments even skrill! I would appreciate if it had buyer protection like ebay. I ordered hoodie and 2 pants. I already received the other pants and had to apply for a refund. The site is ok but on mobile it crashes alot i mean it.

Beat website for resellers

I have to admit that I may be a fruad or a scammerfor what I so. But I make 5000 a week from reselling fake copy phones and shoes from dhgate. I buy about 5 iPhone 7 copies a week from dhgate for about 400 from a seller of copy phones and they sell like hotcakes. They are made exactly like the regular I phones from apple and they are also wrapped and have a fake iOS 10 clone software. Buyers beware.

Its been an Adventure

I've Purchased many times. Only had one seller out of five ship actual product to me. Only one seller has been great.
DHGate customer service links are dead links and do not lead to anything. I have not once been able to write to, or speak to a customer service rep. All other purchases needed to be canceled and re reimbursed. I am lucky to not have had these not be reimbursed as of yet.
Also The App is a lot less accurate with even less ability. You cannot cancel an order, you cannot track an order. Purchasing through the app gives you tiny deals but not accurate as I live in Canada and the us currency is the only option on the app. I use web to find my product get a price in can. Then i use the app to purchase. Seems to me a lot of trouble for some peanuts so to speak...

I do like the site from they control of sellers and mage them very well. And the app for dhgate is very helpfull.
But the bad thing over there is:
1. Online chat support with admin very poor... auto machine!
2. there is no simple link to message the admin
3. Refund process is confuse
