I love this website but I just wish that all the shoes on the site are shipped in a timely fashion and that a delivery date is guaranteed. Most of the sellers have a delivery expected date but we really don't always get our products during that time frame. If this will change this site would more amazing than it is now.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the item after receiving it. DHgate makes it impossible to request a return/ refund. Not to mention the maze that you have to go through to reach customer service, even by email. I so regret ever going this route and have thus warned my friends/ family to "Stay Away".

The seller is given 7 days to confirm or respond on the proposal that you submitted, in the event that there is still no confirmation or response from the seller within this time frame, a refund will be automatically applied on the next day.
