Not worth the trouble

DO READ THE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OTHER MEMBERS AND THEN DECIDE. TAKE RISK ON SMALL TICKET ITEMS, SO YOUR LOSS WILL BE MINIMUM. THAT IS THE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE ND PERSONAL TAKE AND MY TAKE.

Love the site but...

I love this website but I just wish that all the shoes on the site are shipped in a timely fashion and that a delivery date is guaranteed. Most of the sellers have a delivery expected date but we really don't always get our products during that time frame. If this will change this site would more amazing than it is now.

The Worst Company Ever

I was extremely dissatisfied with the item after receiving it. DHgate makes it impossible to request a return/ refund. Not to mention the maze that you have to go through to reach customer service, even by email. I so regret ever going this route and have thus warned my friends/ family to "Stay Away".

It was good qualification as seller mention.
Then i ordered 5 items with order no ******* to sell them to customers, i check no internal ram 4 giga to items. I ask the seller to refund didnt accept.the seller name is
Shoppingmalls, she is top seller.so be ware from this seller, check your items.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We checked the first order and the merchant did not agree on the refund request you filed yet. The seller is given 7 days to confirm or respond on the proposal that you submitted, in the event that there is still no confirmation or response from the seller within this time frame, a refund will be automatically applied on the next day. For this order 334007188, we checked here and the parcel is still in transit. The shipping information has not been updated yet since this changes once the parcel arrives in your country. You have an option to file a dispute because the item is not yet delivered within the estimated delivery date set. Filing a dispute is the best way for us to help you resolve this issue.

Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:

2) Click My Orders" on the left side of the page.
