I've bought several knives from DHgate in the past 6 months. I've had 3 problems. All 3 were dealt with immediately.
You can tell they are trying hard to break into the US and most likely the European market as well.

Got exactly what I ordered at a great price and it came pretty fast. I have ordered 3 times and have had absolutely no problems. Dhgate is pretty awesome.
I recently bought a anime figure, since i collect them, the price was really cheap, then after i bought it, i had some thoughts that this item could be a fake, so i asked the seller if it was a original figure from Kotobukiya (as the description of the figure said), and he replied that it was not. I asked for some pictures of the figure so i could see what ive bought, and so far i had no answer, but i'm thinking about canceling, since i dont have fakes in my collection.
So i contacted customer service to see how could i cancel this order, and Lorie was really kind and helpful explaining me what i could do, so i decided that im going to give the seller 24h to answer me my last message about the real pictures of the figure, so i can evalute it and if it dont fit my quality requirements, i will request a refund.
Lorie really helped, and im glad she was there for me.

It was my first time using DHgate. I read the reviews from previous buyers and was able to contact my seller directly and received a quick response. If you have time to wait for your item, then it's definitely worth the cost difference.
I have had no problems so far as receiving my products. However, 2 of the lip products I have ordered came in the wrong color but all is well because they were lovely colors.

Understand what you are purchasing see descriptions you will not have a bad interaction. I recommend DHL delivery when available.
