First off, I really wanted to get a Jaguar sweatshirt for my boyfriend for Christmas. I found one on DhGate.com and ordered it 11/29/2016. I waited 2 weeks and I have still not received a legitimate tracking number. And just today while searching high and low to find out when I will receive my boyfriends gift, it says January 2,2016 even though I ordered it a little less than a month in advanced. I'm very disappointed. I will never order from them again. Basically like a $#*!tier Wish.

I've been a customer for quite some time, and have bought many items. In general, the quality has been good and the web site is fairly sophisticated. However, the emails they send (with statuses and requests to confirm information) don't work -- the mail merge fails and thus both my name and the order number is missing. I've complained to them, but no response and no fix. Too bad, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

We checked the order and it was placed and paid on November 30 and you selected Chinapostairmail as the courier which takes 14-33 days according to the listing. The merchant shipped the item on December 4 via Epacket and there is no shipping information found yet as it will take 5-7 days for the courier to provide updates.
