Do not buy on DHgate they are so crooked and terrible it is beond words to describe. Be prepared for not as advertised broken short all while you are abused by the worlds worst customer service possible. Aliexpress gives you 50 no problems to every problem. Buy there instead. DHgate gives you half problems has mega hoops and is an abuse of the customer. I tried to buy personal and business merchandise. They sent me plastic bandannas for advertised 100% cotton ones they sold me something that had ten not the hundred I ordered. They sold me stuff advertised as wool felt that was polyester etc. On and on. Hours of pictures emails seller crookery asking dhgate to fix it because the seller was a crook having to fraud complain the plastic bandannas for cotton ones to not be cheated for 548 dollars because DHcrooks would not take a return. As a commercial customer using them to buy merchandise was insane. I quit closed my account and got my life back.

My opinion is positive there is very good merchant careful the customer the merchants respect the package and all the products are consistent with my orders
Shipping was fast, hair didnt stink, bundles were super thick, minimal shedding, very soft and customer service is great, I will be a returning customer
DHgate has provided me with decent quality items at very reasonable prices ;) 5 stars all the way!
08. 18. 16 I made the order in DHGate copm. Problems starting from the beginning and stretched to end. Very beautiful advertisement: "easy pay, fast delivery". Easy pay: company not accepting neither c/c, nor paypal, just Western Union. OK. At the same day I sended $40, and within 10 day i recieved messages saying complete your order numerous times... WestUnion confirms that they received my payment in 2 hours. After fighting finally my money was found. But problems didn't finished just began. More then 3 months no delivery, I am still fighting many times by had a chat. I spend a lot of my time trying to clear up this problem causing me to be nervous. Finally in 3 to 5 months I recieved a refund of $25 which should have been $50.

We tracked the order and the shipping information in the tracking site has not been updated since 2016-11-03 and is also in "Alert" status which means that the package was lost during shipping. We suggest that you select an express courier on your future purchases such as DHL, UPS or FedEx so that you will get the items sooner. Postal couriers such as the courier that you've selected in this order takes time to deliver. Lastly, the refund issued on our system was in full for the amount of $40. This money was deposited on your DHpay account which was withdrawn on 2016-11-26 and it was successfully sent out on the address that you gave. Western Union charge international processing fees which is beyond our control as we also pay them processing fees to process the transfer. We are committed to give a refund and we have to follow our refund process, this order was successfully refunded since the order was not delivered.

It's since last April that I buy from DHgate and I never had problems with them. All the stuff that I ordered arrived in perfect conditions and was as described in the website. The sellers are very polite and they answer promptly.

I use this site to get my sports jerseys. You have to be careful which one you use. Some of them don't have the best quality. Some run small.

Hi guys! Dhgate, like many other selling platforms is just a company hosting private sellers and each seller is basically their own store. From my personal experience there have been rly good sellers and bad ones too. However, the quality of how DHgate handles disputes is alright, but could be better. It is tough because the company is based in China so the time difference may delay the dispute resolutions a bit but normally I have no problems. Once again, if you want to buy something, find a trusted seller and ask for pictures of the items. Sometime sellers will advertise a picture but their items will look a bit different. This is why you always ask for the real pictures before purchasing and the sellers will be honest 90% of the time.
The goods were exactly as described and arrived in good condition well within the promised delivery date.
These suppliers do not like yo answer your questions, they ignore you, only one have been really nice & communicate really well
