BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought a Alien Ware Aurora R12 gaming pc for $1700. Dell shipped it with FedEx. I never received the package, I never received an email that it was delivered. I called FedEx they told me to call Dell. They told me to call FedEx. No one has a straight answer it's been weeks I'm out $1700 and I have no Pc.

Never buy a dell

Never buy a dell computer, I bought a Alienware r 11 right out of the box the video card didn't work, { major Hassel} i got another 1. It broke down after 6 months and dell tells me it will 6 or 7 months to fix it. They told me they will send me a new 1 but it has a slower motherboard, and i still don't have it months later. NEVER BUY A DELL you get screwed

Dell dispatched a subcontractor to change out a motherboard in my 6 months old laptop under warranty. However, when they did so, they locked up my hard drive making my computer not useable. I ended up paying over $650 to my local IT service provider to reinstall my hard drive from a recent back up and lost a few days' worth of work. All Dell ended up offering me in compensation was a $150 credit. I will never buy another Dell product and recommend you don't either!

I has purchased inspiring 14 model 5410 on 3rd July eve from Kandiali west dell exlcusice store sale person Hamid.As per him battery power is upto 8 hrs. While using laptop I realires battry was draining too fast. Connected with dell technical team they resolved the issue to certain extent but after day fully charged laptop used to drain by just reading word documents and few recorded videos with low hd format within 3 hrs. As per techical team there must be software issue. Which no one resolved... i have not even dowladed single app. Now I am asking to kindly replace it. But now as per company policy not possible. As per sale Person he said if you attend zoom meeting & watch YouTube videos battry will work only for three hours. Although I have not used laptop for above use. After spend *******/-you get answer sorry we can't help you in this case... I want to inform prospectve buyers as well as dell co. That specialy in pandamic people use max. Meeting apps. Then why your sales person doesn't inform that while making purchase.? If I would have knowledge about same I would have purchased it... To connect at customer service is time consuming and big headache. Almost spent 5 hrs. In two days. Even after that your problem doesn't resolve. Wanted exchange feeling their might be problem in pcs. But as per co they can't help as it was as customer I am fool to trust the company and sales person... # felt cheated#highly disappointed... Although this is 3rd dell laptop from dell in past 5 years... But will never ever going to purchase dell again...

If you want to try the worst customer service over the phone experience, I highly recommend Dell.
Their phone chatting attitude, talking script is 9/10.
Trying to ignore client, push client around 10/10.
Solving problem, 2/10.
Passionate to help customer 1/10.
Here is my true story.
My online order got cancelled, called the next day, explain to the first (1) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check. Sent me to second (2) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, said was verify issue, should talk to verify department. Sent me to third (3) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, said need to talk to verify department, this is not the verify department. Sent me to the fourth (4) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, after another 5mins check, verify again, said address verify now, should be able to place order. Sent me to the fifth (5) rep, gave all the relate info, wait for their 5 mins background check, explained was being verified, this rep then just pushed me to another rep without saying good buy. Sent me to the sixth (6) rep, first thing she ask me is what do you want to purchase over the phone... she knew nothing about what happened. It had been 1 hour on the phone now, have to back to work. I have to do the order another time.
Placed the order online again online at dell, guess what? My order being cancelled again right away. So it seem like I have to spend another hour if I really really like dell, and must only place the order through dell. Other wise what do you think?
The most time wasting online shopping experience. Dell manager, if you see this, and if the management care, you may still have chance to fix your issue. Other wise I don't see you stand any chance in the future. The name will be disappear very soon, sooner than you thought.

I bought my son the most expensive and "alleged" laptop on market. 2K
Warranty was for one yr at 1 yr 5 months laptop stops working. Sent to Dell they said it's a faulty motherboard and we have to pay to fix it. When speaking to Dell about stand behind their product, "faulty motherboard" they would not. Only interested in the repair $. Bye Dell I will never buy from Dell again!

I bought a computer and a couple days later it went on sale. It says there is a price guarantee so I called in. I was bounced around between the chat, email and phone including several transfers. Then they gave me false information stating it was for a different computer (which was false), finally they agreed to give a partial adjustment and it was not worth the stress of arguing and wasting more time so said okay even thought it should have been more money. They said it would post in 7-10 days and it did not. I emailed back 3 times with no response, then tried the chat and was directed to call in and am now on hold again! I think they are trying to just give me a run around so I finally give up. I will not buy from Dell again.

Dell Service Is Extremely Scammy

I paid to have my laptop sent in and fixed at a service center. Expedited service 5-7 days and my laptop has apparently been sitting there, still isn't fixed after almost 10 days, no one emailed me with a quotation or let me know it was on "Hold" I had to go call them and find out where it was. Now they want me to pay again for the repairs that haven't been done yet. I should get my money back for the expedited service or have this quotation waived

THEN YOU TAKE MORE THAN 2 WEEKS TO SEND A REPLACEMENT WHICH ARRIVES VIA PUROLATOR Shipment: YAW******* IN A TOTALLY DAMAGED BOX WHICH I REFUSE TO ACCEPT.

NOW HOW LONG WOULD YOU MAKE ME WAIT FOR A WORKING LAPTOP?

DELL YOUR SERVICE SUCKS... WILL SHARE THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.

I have a Dell notebook computer, Inspiron 7300 2 in 1 model that is under their 'warranty'. It developed an issue with the screen - there are horizontal lines and flickering 'ghosting' on the screen. I called techinical support, the first time a man instructed me to run some diagnostics, then I hear, 'beep, beep, beep" on my Iphone - it is the sound that happens when a disconnection is with the party I am talking with, not with an issue on my end. The second call, another service asks for a picture of my screen and sends me an email so I can reply with a picture, she also takes my cell phone number. This rep starts with a different diagnostic procedure than the first one - nothing shows up. I ask what can be done to resolve my issue, then I am told that I don't have coverage for 'accidental damage' and then hear, 'beep, beep, beep". I email a few times to her, and no acknowledgment of my emails, no phone call from her - and NO this is not from accidental damage, this was working great, was left on and when returning to it, untouched by anyone, it has the defective screen. Only buy Dell if you understand that there is NO customer service and no warranty. I ordered another notebook, same model, thinking that I would keep the new one, get the defective one repaired under warranty and give it to a friend who needs a computer. I will return the one coming and buy a different brand of notebook. They just tie you up with time consuming, tiresome procedures and then bail out. You will get exhausted trying to get your issue resolved and will just give up - and they will do nothing but occupy your time long enough to let it be known that you will NEVER get your issue resolved.

1. Dell took my money for a laptop and sleeve on 23 April but never started my order and didn't let me know so I only found out after the delivery date had passed.
2. When I contacted them they couldn't even find my order so I had to send them the payment details.
3. They asked me irrelevant details to "verify" my order and wouldn't proceed without them (e.g. "Are you in Australia?" and "What are you using it for?").
4. Because of their delays I now had only a week to receive the laptop before I left on a field trip but they didn't tell me whether they would deliver it or not.
5. They didn't deliver the device or bother to let me know so I cancelled the order and demanded a refund.
6. They only refunded one of the two payments they took when I ordered and had to ask me what the second payment was for, which was paid on 31 May, five weeks after the order.
7. The Customer Care person (Nandan Bhat) didn't speak English at all well ("In relation to the below request i understand on the below, However it the part of the verification, I you are not answering the system will not get released. Kindly reply it back to our sales team email so that we can release the Order.") and mostly sent scripted emails without consideration for the circumstances. Their supervisor, Hanuma Sri Achanta, ws no better.
8. No-one has offered an apology for the company's ongoing series of mistakes and inadequacy.

When they work, their laptops are decent but customer service is non existent like most companies. I purchased two laptops in one month and both had to be returned because the earphone jacks didn't work.

So I bought this all in one PC and it is junk. I also bought the support plan for tech support. This is the slowest piece of junk ever. I took it back to where I bought it and they couldn't do anything for me (another waste of money) they told me that dell used cheap parts they were junk basically. So why would they even sell it to me with out telling me this very important info. I will never buy a Dell again. Bad support on junk

Very bad company.

I have had Dell forever. They are very sturdy and you can trust them. My kids dropped them several times and they keep working. For college students they are a plus because come in many different formats. Very good job Dell. You have here a well satisfied customer. Thanks.

Simple to improve

For years, I've used Dell laptops and designed my own desktop computers. Dell laptops are very dependable, easy to use, have a lot of features, and are reasonably priced. They're also simple to improve. Dell updates and repair parts are available from a number of online retailers. Purchase Dell laptops and tablets from a reputable aftermarket Dell device dealer for the best prices. I got a lot of my Dell laptops from them. I've never had an issue with this manufacturer, and the Dell products they sell come with a one-year warranty.
