I had a chair that broke in shipping and they immediately replaced it and made the return easy at no cost to me. I am happy with their platform and service. My most recent purchase is terrific. Its to hard to bid aginst your big bid winners who have to many bids and can out bid anyone.
Most j in st auto bid a large amount so you dont have a chanse of winning a auction. You need to limit how many auctions people can bid on at one time. At times you cannot find a auction that does not have a bud pig biding on it.

This site used to be a great auction site, but lately I have noticed that even with fairly aggressive bidding there are a lot of bidders out there who are overtaking the auctions. It would be nice if management would consider a few more controls to give more folks a chance to win now and then.

It has become harder and harder to get a good deal on any item on DealDash. I find myself overpaying for what I could have purchased the same item on Amazon or at SAMS Club:-(

DealDash is a fast, crazy, and fun bidding website. We try to outwit our fellow bidders to hopefully win our bids. Whether or not we win, it is fun and if you do win, the items are wonderful and well made. Having free shipping makes it even better! If you need to speak to customer service, they are so nice too!

It was very frustrating but Dan helped me in cancelling this order and fairly.
I am pretty new to this so have not had the time or money to build up thousands and thousands of bids and cannot compete with high bidders who bid on every bid pack if there are 12 bid packs for the same amount these high bidders bid on every one of them at least once giving them the ability to come in at the last minute and bid and win I think they should all be (fist) no bidder after a certain limit making it fair for all
This way these high bidders have to have bids already placed and cannot re-enter at the last minute
I have hung in there using all my bids and getting close to winning then these high bid people come in at the last minute and stay until they win. It's really hard to win any high bid packs I have won my share but have spent every bid I had to do so
Just feel it would be fair this way and give new customers more of a chance to compete

Some auction web sites have come and gone due to in my mind corrupt practices that were allowed. I have been bidder with deal dash since 2013, eleven years and never thought once that any shady things were happening. There are a few bidders that go wild and bid thing to high. That is to be expected some people just want to win no matter the cost. Thank you deal Dash for all my auctions that I participated in.

After 11 days the items I had won still indicated preparing for shipping, I was informed that it was an external vendor and the items would ship soon. I was given some free bids due to the delay.
I had a nice talk with the caller who contacted me. It was a pleasure to speak with Deal Dash representee about my experience with Deal Dash. I also appreciated the refund of bids on my comforter with the refund I believe, my memory is not what it use to be. Lol
