Site is fine, but some of the bidders wreck the fun by bidding more than the item is worth. It almost seems like the do it just to piss everyone off they get a kick out of it

It can be very frustrating when you have a hard time playing with the "big bidders" that have big banks of bids. Also challenging is overcoming the "threatening" bidders names that make you unsure of where you stand. I wonder if anyone ever reviews the names that some of your bidders use. And, the statements under their names can be disheartening. I am going to start listing some of them so I can share next time I have a chance to review.

I got a call from Customs saying I had to give them more info...since my computer knowledge is VERY limited (I am a senior) I did not know how to do what they wanted so they said they would have to send the item back to Dealdash...I notified you and the issue was resolved. Thank you very much.

Bidding on Deal Dash is fun and a great way to to win some nice items. I like some of the new things they have added to gain free bids. They have a wide verity of items but I think it used to be more. Quality if the items is good, I have had to return items and they were exchanged with no problem. Overall great site. Remember patients is key!
