I contacted customer service via email. They had said it would take approximately 5 business days to respond. It was in fact less than five hours they not only contacted me but they totally satisfied my request and I am really blown away because it just doesn't happen like this.

I got a laptop which wasn't functioning correctly. Deal Dash.com first told me to take it to Walmart for an exchange and when Walmart told me they're nor doing it, they refused to exchange it and told me to have it repaired, when I refused to accept, they refunded all my bids and said I have a free computer! A computer that doesn't work. I told them if they cannot exchange it, they should reimburse me for the value of the laptop and not how many bid it took me to win, isn't that what any reputable company suppose to do?
You took all of my money on my credit card and now I can't provide for me and my kids.

Things seem to work reasonably and they were extremely nice
I am just a new person on your site & was trying to figure it out.
Nothing more to say than dealdash is focused on customer service period. They do a super job, I'm not convinced on the bidding format quite yet but I will continue to play and learn and make some money. The customer service is what will keep people coming back
They were fast and the email was very understanding give me all the info I needed to know. Good service.
It's really hard to tell what they ship with what. At this point don't know what is missing or stolen because no way to track what was suppose to be in the order.
I am embarressed to say that I placed over $650 over the last 2 days with Dealdash, and no matter which approach I took, I never won a bid. On three occasions, my computer screen would freeze up, and when I was able to pull the page back up, low and behold, someone had won the bid! Hmmm

I love Deal Dash because they keep striving to improve. I've been bidding for years and they have always listened to my suggestions (providing gift card options, not letting the same bidder keep winning the same auctions over and over, reimbursing Minnesota and Illinois bidders for inappropriate sales tax to name a few). Also, I have won some really nice things on Deal Dash; namely, pretty jewelry for my granddaughters and awesome metal sculptures.

I bought my first bid pack and won right away, but after that was gone and I bought more, I couldn't win anything else. I've never been on an auction site where you have to pay first and you don't get anything back if you don't win an auction.
I sent my concerns to customer service and they did refund the money I spent on my last bid pack. I'm thankful for that. I'm still not sure that this site is on the up and up - that's just my opinion though.
