It is very easy to find what I am looking for and when ever I win an auction, I get my prize in the mail very quickly.
Since joining Deal Dash I've saved literally thousands of dollars off retail prices on an assortment of fantastic items such as electronic's, jewelry, clothing, and much more. It's fun and exciting once you get the hang of how the auctions work. I've won gifts for the kids, grand kid's, and many things for myself. Customer service is exceptional and the free shipping as an added bonus. Try it out!

I've had a good experience for the most part. There have been issues along the way but most of the time they are resolved. The thing I don't like is when something is on backorder they keep selling it. I have had a shipping date then it gets moved back two months so I end up waiting 3 months swhoch is a joke.
I enjoy shopping with dealdash. There are so many unique items. I also enjoy the opportunity to decide to keep the item I won or turn it into another shopping opportunity.

I have been on DealDash now since April 1,2015. I love bidding and I love winning and I have had great fun and joy doing it. I won many prizes for me and my family and it so nice not to pay so much out the pocket for it. Yes I don't win all the time, but I always have fun and that is what keep me coming back. I have told all my friends and family and now they too want to try. I pray that the new comers let us oldies teach them the game, and I hope some of us that been around share the wealth. We all in it to win sometimes and we all can. Yea DealDash. Bring on the auction.
I scored a wonderful tea set I would have never thought I could afford. I got a bunch of jewery that I gave as gifts that everyone loved and wanted additional items. Great site just have to have a bit of self control because it is a lot of fun.

I downloaded the app after seeing a commercial to see how it worked. Of course to even see anything you have to enter your credit card. After analyzing the app i decided not to participate and deleted it only to find out a week later they had purchased $75 worth of bids without my permission and will not respond to any of my customer support! Upset does not even begin to describe me as I cannot afford to just throw away $75 and I only want my money back. I see this is a problem with many people on many websites and on all it seems as if the customer support is avoiding the situations
I signed up just so I could check the site out a bit. And they automatically took out 70.00 I don't know why I never selected that package and I didn't want it. They stole my money then when I noticed and called them I had to speak to 3 different people just to get a refund. And everyone gave me different answers and I still shave the got my money back. I'm only 19 with limited money and that took the rest of my bill money for the week. Very bad hustle scam. I hope this site becomes shut down
This is a fantastic bidding site that offers items that you can get for a fraction of the retail price. They run specials where if you win the item is free! The administration is super supportive and responds promptly to any concerns. Worth checking bout for sure!
Stop complaining at a meaningless forum. Please file reports with every authority you can think of including your State, BBB, IRS. Launch a full investigation. When Dealdash gets raided and they find that most things on that site are:
A) not even in stock
B) Timers are randomly reset to 10 seconds to tease you
C) at least 60% of all items listed and bid on with your money don't exist, are never sold, and are won by BOTS.
I've filed several DOZEN complaints against this site and will continue to file endlessly until this company is taken offline. You should stop wasting your time complaining and do the exact same thing.

A) We do offer some pre-sale items that are not quite ready to ship.
These items are listed with estimated shipment dates shown on the auction screen, so the customer can see the shipping date of the item before bidding on the item.
B) The timers reset when someone places a bid, that is the way the site works. For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work
