Replacement shield for my Neotec 2 was not available at my local cycle gear store so the staff placed one on order for me.
Arrived on time and I have ridden twice with these pants. A struggle for us old guys to get all three layers on but worked great and stayed warm!

Really wanted to find a pair of boots but the kind I wanted doesn't have my size in stock and no word on if they ever will. Also I just wish cycle shops kept more women's gear in stock! It's so hard to shop for biker gear as a woman. You have to order everything, try on, then wait and order another size if it's not right.
It was very good, the sales men were helpful in fitting the helmet before it was ordered as well for when I came to pick it up.
I've bought a dozen or so items from Cycle Gear. The in store service has been great at the Thornton, Colorado location. And the other day one item in my six-item order was inexplicably delayed. I asked for clear pinlock insert for Simpson visor. They ended up ordering a replacement visor instead of just the insert. Store manager was very apologetic when reordering and got the correct product ordered

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
