Tried to get my tires mounted to the wheels at one of yalls stores and was told it would take 48 hours and was treated like an inconvenience so I went somewhere else. Y'all shouldn't offer mounting tires if yall get mad and hateful towards people looking for that service

I buy my motorcycle tires through Cycle Gear because the prices are good and the local Cycle Gear offers a discount to mount and balance.
I ordered tires from the cycle gear website and had them shipped to my local cycle gear store so I could have them mounted and balanced. When they came in at the store I was told that I would have to wait 10-14 days because I ordered them from my home. Why am I being punished even though I ordered them from cycle gear itself? This is NOT good business. I am currently waiting for them to get done as I write this.
New to the motorcycle world, I took my old tires and wheels to them for new tires, mounting and balancing. Very happy with the service I received. $120.00 cheaper then other places for the exact same tires. Love this place.

Have them done in about 30 minutes, so I waited so I would not have make another trip.
They got the tire mounted and balanced fast so I paid my bill and got out of there.
When I got home I put them on my bike, the next day I went out to the garage to do some more work on my bike and the adhesive wheel weights from the front wheel were lying on the garage floor
So I took the front wheel off and took it back to Cycle Gear to get it balanced again. What a pain.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
