I was always informed in the stays of my delivery and product was received in great condition!

Tried to get my tires mounted to the wheels at one of yalls stores and was told it would take 48 hours and was treated like an inconvenience so I went somewhere else. Y'all shouldn't offer mounting tires if yall get mad and hateful towards people looking for that service

Bought some Motoz. They are pretty popular tires. CG had the right size and they were in my house within the week with standard shipping. Now I'm going to have them mounted a my local CG. Very pleased.

I buy my motorcycle tires through Cycle Gear because the prices are good and the local Cycle Gear offers a discount to mount and balance.

I ordered tires from the cycle gear website and had them shipped to my local cycle gear store so I could have them mounted and balanced. When they came in at the store I was told that I would have to wait 10-14 days because I ordered them from my home. Why am I being punished even though I ordered them from cycle gear itself? This is NOT good business. I am currently waiting for them to get done as I write this.

I ordered a front and rear tire for my motorcycle. The tires where delivered sooner than I expected, fast shipping. I had the tires mounted and balanced at Cycle Gear, the man behind the counter said he could
Have them done in about 30 minutes, so I waited so I would not have make another trip.
They got the tire mounted and balanced fast so I paid my bill and got out of there.
When I got home I put them on my bike, the next day I went out to the garage to do some more work on my bike and the adhesive wheel weights from the front wheel were lying on the garage floor
So I took the front wheel off and took it back to Cycle Gear to get it balanced again. What a pain.
It looked to me that they used the wrong weights for that size wheel,

Went in store to buy a helmet, knew little about the different styles and brands. By the time I left, felt like I could sell the next one. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I was in need of a new pair of gloves and knew it was very easy to go to site and place an order.

The worker at my local Cycle Gear in Fontana did an amazing job in helping me find the exact seat that I needed for my motorcycle. Answering all my questions in easy to understand manner for a new rider like me. My seat arrived quickly within two days. I am so happy I went to cycle gear to get my items. Shout out to your amazing worker, I believe his name was Ricardo.
