Workers at cycle gear are passionate about their job. They are riders too and while there are many personalities to go with that, they all have a respect for the ride and that's what makes cycle gear great. New tires delivered quickly to the store. They had them fitted on my rims the next day. Amazing. Compare that to the local ducati shop who wants $110/tire to do it on the spot. I can easily wait a few days for the $150 savings! Used the money to get myself some new gloves. Anyways, never had an issue here. Hoping to check out one of their fun days on Tuesday sometime. Thx CG.

We went into a cycle gear store for the first time(west palm) about a month ago (we just took the MSF and got our licenses and new bikes) and had excellent customer service from the gentleman working that day. Super patient and didn't make us feel like noobs. Very welcoming. We signed up for the RPM membership which got us cash back to our account. They didn't have the color visor I wanted that day so he recommended I use my cash back to order online. Sure enough, next day I had $60 waiting to spend. Ordered the visor and still have money left to use. Visor got here in a few days. Great quality. Cycle gear gets an all around 10/10 from us!

Anything from tires to helmets or simply just questions about mechandise, these guys always make time to give you complete answers. These are user based answers from riders themselves. That is valuable to me. They know what works. I drive passed several other shops to go to cycle gear. I believe in the employees and the products. Top notch customer service every time. I could go on but why? I'll keep coming back.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
