The kind man at the Cycle Gear store was extremely helpful. Made sure I was making an informed purchase, helped me get the helmet ordered (as my size wasn't in the store). Overall just a great experience. I also got a pair of gloves while at the store, and both gloves and helmet have been amazing!

Anything from tires to helmets or simply just questions about mechandise, these guys always make time to give you complete answers. These are user based answers from riders themselves. That is valuable to me. They know what works. I drive passed several other shops to go to cycle gear. I believe in the employees and the products. Top notch customer service every time. I could go on but why? I'll keep coming back.

When I arrived, there was one rider ahead of me. The staff member acknowledged that he saw me, which gave me so. E time to look around. Before I made my way to the helmets, the staff member was ready for me. I'll go back when I have more time to browse/shop around.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
