This is my second motorcycle jacket that I have bought and already I can tell this is a lot better. I say that because it feels a lot more breathable. I'm never cold and always get warm/hot when wearing normal jackets/hoodies. So having this to ride in the summer is really nice as well as it is nice to know the liner is removable so when it becomes fall I can easily zip it back on.
Wanted to order the latest and greatest rev'it pants. Ordered from the cycle gear warehouse and had it delivered to the Novi store. Next day delivery and staff made sure it fit right. Great company and experience

Website says that they sell and mount motorcycle tires. I called the store and they confirmed that they do. I tried to order the tires at that time over the phone, but they said they couldn't take orders over the phone. I get back online confirm the size tires I need to get them ordered and ship them to the store. I take my wheels off drive two hours to drop the wheels off and they tell me they don't mount tires. When I walked in the store, the customer counter is at the front door and neither one of the two guys said hello or welcome to me in anyway. One of the two guys stood there the whole time and never said a word to me. Never offered to help me carry my wheels or my new tires out to the truck. The place was also deserted. No customers parking lot empty.
I compare it to the Walmart self check out. I called the local store to place my order and they refused to take it made me get online and do the work.
The boys at cycle gear have always treated me well. I got up early last Saturday and got my rear wheel off my Harley and brought it in to get my new tire on. Usually I have to drop it off the night before and it'll be ready by the time I get off work the next day. But Saturday when I got there he told me he'd get right on it and I was out the door 1/2 hour later. I was able to get wheel back on bike and riding all within a few hours instead of 2 days. Much appreciated boys!

Tried to get my tires mounted to the wheels at one of yalls stores and was told it would take 48 hours and was treated like an inconvenience so I went somewhere else. Y'all shouldn't offer mounting tires if yall get mad and hateful towards people looking for that service

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
