I ordered a helmet. It was as described and came quickly. I like the fact if I have an issue with my purchase I have an actual store to return it to in person.
I get way too much email from Cycle Gear. And embedding a tracking image in every image on the email means I can't even read the email if I disable tracking, so what's even the point of receiving them?
