As with all my previous orders, I placed an online order with 2-day shipping as an RPM member benefit. Order takes 4 days to process and then they forget it's supposed to go with 2 day shipping.

I was looking for a new helmet and received great help while at the store. Unfortunately, they did not have the helmet I liked in the color I wanted in stock, so I ended up ordering it. Delivery was fast, and they helped me move my current headset to the new helmet. Overall, it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!
Overall a great experience. The store itself carries a variety of items and has a great inventory. I was looking for a new helmet. The employee helping me answered all my questions and took the time with me while I tried on a variety of different helmets. I did find a helmet I liked, but the store did not have the color I wanted, so I ordered it online. It was shipped to my house at no extra cost and it only took three days for it to arrive. I would recommend this store!
I walked into the shop, had lots of options and was sold 2 tires for my bike without any pressure or upsales. I left a deposit and brought in my wheels at 6:16pm on a Sunday. My tires were mounted and balanced in 20 to 25 minutes! These guys are easy to deal with, professional, and knowledgeable. It was definitely the best experience I've ever had shopping for motorcycle gear. I'll be back.
I contacted the local store to see if they had stock. They didn't so I ordered it online. It arrived during the week and I was able to pick it up on the weekend.
I received my helmet yes it fits. But the delivery time was long it took over a week I wish the merchant would have informed me that my order would take over a week before I purchased. But overall I'm satisfied with my helmet.

The helmet I bought at the store came with a 90 day return policy IF I didn't wear it. I wore it on a ride and it caused a break on my skins on my forehead. I assumed I could return the helmet and you guys would be able to sell it. I $#*! U ME wrong! So, I bought another $700 helmet and I am trying to sell the first one on eBay. That's the part that sucks. But, lesson learned.
Received the product and installed it on my second helmet.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
